These are my guys. They not only cut hair amazing, but they do it so quick and efficient. Mo is the owner, young guy who puts all the work in. Sam is his colleague, both do incredible cuts and fades. Side note, I lost my LV wallet here, $500 wallet, not including cash and cards. They sent me a text letting me know it was found. Could have just kept it, but didn't. I made a same day appointment. Moen cut my hair per my instructions. He offered and did remove my ear hair by hot wax which I thought was terrific! I had never been offered that before. When I arrived home, my wife noticed and commented, "Wow, that's the best haircut you've ever had. It's so perfectly cut and balanced." I'm looking forward to my next visit with Moen. read more

This shop was a joke. I was in the Anaheim hills area getting lunch and looked them up on yelp and booked an appointment. I get there and the place is completely empty so I waited outside and called the number. Some guy shows up and tells me I'm at the wrong address. I showed him the yelp page which showed his address. He just kept repeating I had to go to the other shop. Place was too sketchy and I left down the road to belagio barbers and walked right in. At least they helped me find my new barbershop. Kids haircut and he clipped my son's eyebrow??!!! First says thats a style. Then tries to blame my son for moving but my son did not move or wiggle. I have video of this. Crazy! So happy I found this place. It's hard enough to find a good barber, but finding a great one in Anaheim Hills!? We seriously hit the jackpot with this gem. They do amazing fades, beards (wet shave), beard fades, trim, cuts, everything. Been coming here for most of 2025 now and they never let me down! Best barbershop in Anaheim hills good fade and beard trim and line up clean music and good vibes

I had been seeing Sam for about a month for simple beard line-ups. He didn't speak much English, but I was always polite and tipped well. Last week I briefly dealt with Moen, who spoke to me rudely when I was paying. This week they refused my service entirely and banned me from the shop for no reason when I called to ask why. I was a respectful, loyal customer, and this is how they treat people. The lack of professionalism and courtesy here is unbelievable. This shop only cares about money and has zero respect for its clients. The attitude here is arrogant and unprofessional. I wouldn't go back even if it were the last barbershop in town. read more

Call in from the parking lot to make sure they are accepting walk ins which they do. As I walk in I was greeted and offered coffee while I waited for my turns. The shop is small and simple but set up nicely. When my turn came they cleaned the chair and sanitized all the equipments, which made me comfortable. Other location I've been to do not sanitize clippers or scissors. The guy that cut my hair also uses old style razor and warm towel. I also decided to try out the nose hair wax little painful but worth it. I will definitely come back here and next time I'll add another treatment to experience. read more

Since my first visit almost a year ago I've had several visits to Moen at Dr. Beard. After my second visit, he let me know his pricing was going up to $50 for a fade cut. I wasn't stoked to hear that, so I tried 2 other shops. I then realized that the quality and attention to detail weren't the same and that Mo was worth the extra $15-$20, so I went back. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't the same. The haircut was rushed, the detail wasn't there, and the experience was just average. I figured maybe it was just an off day, so I tried again yesterday. This time, not only was the haircut rushed, but there was no style, either. He kept slamming the clippers and shaver against my head, rushed through it, and honestly, after saying, "Have a seat," the next thing Mo said to me was, "Do you want your eyebrows trimmed?". 14 minutes from the time I sat down to the time I got in my truck. I'm not sure what happened over this past year, but I won't be finding out what happens there over the next year as I am back on the hunt for a solid fade in a friendly shop. read more

I wish I had a better experience today because I was really hoping to. The location is so convenient. The first few times we went, they asked us to book online and I did but didn't realize that means we see whoever is available. My 12 year old son must have lucked out on those visits because although the men didn't say much, they understood what he was asking for and did a good job which made my son feel good. So he was excited to return. I just wanted him to be excited and find a place he is happy with. Unfortunately, the third time we went (a few weeks ago) , we got someone who doesn't speak English and did such a bad job - we left half way thru. Although the owner tried to help, he had his own client at the time and my son was too anxious and sad to wait because his hair cut experience up until that point had been really bad. But I wanted to try again. So when I just called to make an appt and try to ensure a match with someone who he would be comfortable with, the owner said we are are not welcomed back - like somehow my 12 year old son is to blame for his staff not listening or communicating well. And as a salon owner, he should understand anxiety about bad hair cuts right? So I'm honestly shocked because prior to our last experience, the other staff were so kind, respectful and happy to help my son while also being patient with him. We really appreciated that. Instead of sharing that approach, the owner said he "doesn't have time" when I asked if I can make an appt with someone more experienced and easier to communicate with. Their prices are $45/hair cut which seems high for my son but if the service is good, I'll deal with that and I don't think we are asking for too much. In response to the owner's rude response, I told him I'd post this review - honestly, it's not too busy there and they do spend a lot of time in the back parking lot so perhaps providing good service and building a good client base isn't the owner's priority. That's all I can conclude as I didn't expect this type of treatment from that store owner. read more
