5-Star Review for Dr. Bee Pediatric Dentistry We visited Dr. Bee Pediatric Dentistry in Land O Lakes, FL today and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment we arrived, the friendly atmosphere helped to ease my child's fears of the unknown. The clinic is beautifully designed with various activities to distract and engage little ones -- they can enjoy their favorite TV shows, read books, and play games on one of the many iPads available. To top it off, kids receive coins to use on the toy machine on their way out, making the visit even more rewarding. Our little guy had his first-ever dentist appointment here, and he did amazing! He loved every moment and is already looking forward to his next visit, which speaks volumes about how comfortable he felt. Thank you, Dr. Bee and team, for such a wonderful experience! First, the best thing about this place is Dr. G. The rest of my review is not good, and this is my second experience of the same thing. I thought last time it was just one bad day. 1) The office has interns to clean teeth. We've had two horrible ones, 6 months apart, who clean the teeth with no oversight or supervision. Today's intern was had shaking and stinky hands. He did not clean well because Dr. G had to then go and re-clean during his exam time. 2) We had 3 separate appointments scheduled for my 3 kiddos. They had one guy to clean all 3. He rushed and then another came to help and do the 3rd. All were rushed. Do I think my kids' teeth are clean? No Was the service kind and calm? Dr. G yes, intern hygienist tried his best, actual dental hygienist unkind, rude, obviously unhappy Will I return? No. It's too bad because we really like Dr. G. read more

I am shocked to see on Yelp this place has 2 stars! Haven't read the reviews here but maybe customers thought this was a restaurant and we're disappointed that the dentist didn't serve food! Anyway, this place is phenomenal you can check my previous review on Google. My son is 5 and we have been going here since he was 3 as we moved to the area about 2 years ago. We are also a active duty military family. My son loves it here and so do we. We have only had great experiences each visit including today! We usually go early in the morning less interruption for daycare/school and work. They are accommodating, friendly with all kids of all ages. We go twice a year but had a urgent visit in between most recently as my son sustained a fall and had some teeth injury concerns. Nevertheless we have had a great experience here and will continue our child's dental needs until he is no longer a pediatric patient. Thank you to this Amazing staff. Today we had Ms. Sophia and Dr. Graham, which we had not seen at our previous visits. However just like our other visits this team was attentive, provided me the education I need for my son's dental health. See yall in 6 months! read more

We came today to this office for the first time with very positive and high hopes. We took our 3 year old son who chipped his front tooth by accident. The front staff and hygenist were pleasant and kind, but the dentist - DR. F, has absolutely no bedside manner at all!!! He has no compassion and no heart for his patients. He didn't even ask how we're doing. He also seemed annoyed and very short tempered with our 3 year old boy. He doesn't have the best interest at heart for his patients. We came here for 3rd opinion, and his treatment plan was not even closely aligned with the other two dentists. He was looking for more work in our son's teeth than he needed. Saying that the nerve was damaged and he needed 2 cavity fillings and an extraction!!! The x-ray shows none of that based on our dentist/radiologist friend. Definitely don't recommend this place. Maybe the other dentists that work here are good, but unfortunately, our experience with Dr. F tainted our view of this place. read more

My daughter has had some bad dental experiences. This has made her very afraid of the dentist. Today we went for a cleaning and she had a tooth pulled. The hygienist and dentist were so kind and caring. They explained everything to her and kept her comfortable throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend this office 100%! read more

Dr. G and his assistant were A M A Z I N G . It was my children's first time at the dentist and were so patient and did a great job explaining every step of the way. My son is 6 and my daughter is 4 they were a bit nervous . After the experience both of my kids asked me when we were returning. We will definitely be back. Dr. Bee has a way of being personal & professional, which is rare to find. The staff are all wonderful & take care of my 3yo & 11yo every time we show up. The best part is that both of my kids are don't hesitate or argue with me about going. Their experience is just as important to me. read more

Have been taking my children here for years at both the Land O Lakes and Wesley Chapel office and the entire staff is always amazing. Everyone from the dental hygienist, office staff to all dentists we have seen are so kind and personable. Now that my youngest is in HS he may have outgrown the kid friendly decor but it is a great pediatric dental group (either location). Would definitely recommend to any parent in the area. They have a great staff so not surprised it may be hard to schedule next day appts. I would imagine most patients don't leave until they age out. read more

First off, the office / location. Yuck. The building,, parking lot, etc is so run down.. The waiting room is dirty. The walls are plain white with a few decals that look old. The bathroom was disgusting. It is not an "inviting Children's" office. I was shocked at how dirty everything was. All of the tubes (water, air) were DIRTY, covered in dust. (Not the actual pattern that goes in your mouth, but the bottom half.) It's hard to explain, but it was filthy...They have signs posted EVERYWHERE that say NO CELL PHONE usage, so I couldn't snap a picture. The floors & wall....they had the wood-looking flooring, then the walls, but there was NO floor molding, so you could see the big Crack between the floor & wall....everywhere....and ofcourse, it was filled with dirt. I waa completely grossed out...and will not ever return. I felt like I was in a third-world country with horrible conditions, not a dentist office. They also make you PRE-pay BEFORE your visit...so you have to pay for your child's service BEFORE they'll even see you. It's so wierd. No. No. No. read more

I made an appointment for my son at 11:30. We showed up at 11:37, waited in the waiting room for a little bit then had someone come tell us our appointment was actually for 11:20 and everyone left for lunch. I had my notepad open and wrote word for word what I was told while I was on the phone. I live 40 mins from the office and hit traffic and had a screaming five month old. They proceeded to tell me they can't do anything but offered to see us at 1:40. They also advised me they texted me the day prior and the morning of the appointment which somehow I never received. When she confirmed my number, they had my phone number wrong. Seems strange that I always get the birthday text messages and never had any issues of them getting a hold of me until then. We will not be returning. I am still shocked how they treat their patients. read more

Support office staff was rude and inflexible. Cancelled appointment at the last minute for a month later without explanation. Then wanted to charge full out-of-pocket because I did not send insurance card 72 hrs in advance. It already takes months in advance to schedule a dentist appointment. It's a shame, as the interaction with the care providers was good. read more

I missed their phone call and 19 min later I received this message. I had every intention on paying the $85 that was a insurance coverage misunderstanding! But when the office first told me I had a balance, I was confused because I paid the difference that day. The woman that called Monday at 3:30 said they don't have it down to a science and that's why there was a balance. She couldn't further explain and told me to call my insurance. Tuesday I got my insurance on the phone and they explained the charges. I was upset how the office was speaking to me and the miscommunication on the price difference for the work. I was told one thing in the office, paid the price difference and signed the order that they didn't give me a copy of and then threw it back in my husband's face that they have a signature after he phoned the office to ask about the work they completed and what they told me was covered under our insurance plan. My husband was waiting for the office to call him back and when I missed their phone call today (Friday) this is what I got 19 min later. I feel completely disrespected and deceived. I've been taking my oldest son here for awhile and I'm extremely disappointed she didn't give me a chance to rectify the situation. Luckily I found a new dentist with open availability for new patients. Otherwise they would've hurt my young son who needed the dental work, over this person's impatience. Very cruel. Good luck with this dentist. Be advised to look elsewhere. I booked my daughter for dental work over a month ago. I called a week before the appointment to check on feedback from my insurance company regarding how much our out of pocket expenses would be only to be told that the appointment would need to be rescheduled due to not having the right dentist in clinic that day for laser cavity fillings. Glad I called. The next available appointment they offered was yet another month out. This dentist was good when we first started a few year ago however the past 3 visits have gotten consistently worse and our last visit was the icing on the cake for our family to find a new dentist. At the last visit when the dentist comes in to check the x-rays as well as the work of the hygienist. It just felt off speaking to her. She was very nervous talking to me gave me very surface level information. After that visit I thought no way we are not continuing on here something is not right. Well my gut instinct was correct! After going back home and reviewing the staff bios it turns out that she was not even a dentist but rather the anesthesiologist. I'm not even sure how this is even allowed but it left me with zero trust in the office so we are therefore moving to a more trustworthy and reliable dental practice for my children. read more

I'm very upset. I was satisfied with this dentist office until today. My daughter fell last night and cracked her tooth, and is still having pain to her teeth this morning. One of her other teeth looks a little displaced as well. I know dental injuries at this age are a common occurrence, but everything I've read, says they should be checked out by their dentist ASAP. But this office will not see her until March (over a month away) because they are booked up. I explained the situation multiple times and kept getting the same answer. What pediatric dentist refuses to see established patients for urgent/emergent dental issues? This place sucks at communication. I spent four months trying to get my kids dental work approved with numerous time having to go back to the office to fill out something they missed when i finally got there work approved and scheduled they waiting until today two hours before they close that i had to pay an additional $450.00 by end of day or there appointments would be canceled when i asked to speak to the manager as i had been laid off and would have been nice to have more notice he was rude acting like his office is perfect and canceled both my kids appointment even after i asked him not to do that to the kids as they had been waiting and he still did it so now i gladly went to another office that will be taking care of them right away. Any person who can take there frustration out on children and have no sense to maybe reflect on what could have been done by them to make it better for the customer/process is an awful person and does not need to work on my kids read more

This office has consistently gone down hill the last few years. Several dentists left and now they are all new. The office staff have no idea what they're doing. My son needed a filling on a tooth that they have done before and they made us bring him in for a "consult" only to find out it wasn't needed! My husband took off work and pulled our son out of school for nothing! They tried to blame it on me and say that I told them he needed a crown which is complete garbage! I asked them multiple times why this was necessary when they had already done this filling and had all of the scans. I even called the day before because they were supposed to check and get back to me which no one did and they said he still needed to come. If anyone had taken 5 minutes to check his damn records the whole thing could have been avoided! Literally no one knows what they're doing in that place and I will be taking my SIX kids to a new dentist. read more

I'm not even going to give this place a star if you would have asked me 2 to 3 years ago I would have given it five stars all the way the staff was nice they were thorough they were patient they were wonderful now they are rude they don't have time for their customers they are very inhumane and start drilling before people are numb and when told about it they are told there's no way that they're not numbing that they don't believe them I have 9 or 10 people pulling from this facility I was dropped for missing two appointments when I miss them because of deaths in the family called cried over the phone to the office manager at the time they told me that they we're going to reverse their decision because of the fact that I had a death in the family and to get my ducks in a row and call back and make an appointment when everything was settled and the ruckus was over I did so called back they didn't have time for me and they have no record of ever having that conversation with me and can no longer see me as a patient then I have reports of two or three of my family members that go there that they started drilling and told them hey I'm not numb I'm not numb I can feel that I can feel that and they kept drilling anyways and did not believe them I am over it they are rude and I am downright disgusted with the service that I received lately I hope everybody thinks wisely before picking this dentistry! I also heard that getting an actual appointment with Dr b is few and far between now instead of before where he was always seen in the office I don't even know if he for sure practices there anymore! Good luck! I have full coverage insurance so they always get paid and it's totally okay I'll take my business elsewhere where I actually will feel wanted and my kids will be treated nicely! read more
