Bill and working on the core issues, focusing on stretching (which I would never do), started working on focused strengthening exercises.

We are so grateful for all the time Annabelle's therapist Johanna spent with us over the last year…read more She came in right after Annabelle's heart surgery in October 2018 and really helped Annabelle adjust to standing up straight walking more than 5 paces. She helped Annabelle learn how to walk up stairs, she continued to strengthen Annabelle's core so she would develop better body mechanics. Johanna has helped transform Annabelle's life by giving her skills and the ability to use her body properly! She helped teach Annabelle had to walk backwards by motivating her with games and singing which Annabelle would respond too very well. She helped with teaching Annabelle how to sit in a chair. She even help teach Annabelle how to have better balance and be able to kick a ball and jump! Johanna has been so amazing over the last year very professional and timely. Understanding with Annabelle's medical conditions and compassionate. She has been a great friend to Annabelle a joy to work with, she has continue to help teach mom little tricks to use as well so we could practice in between physical therapy appointments. We will miss working with her since our time has ended since Annabelle has transitioned to the local school district. We continue to work on Annabelle's physical strengths and weaknesses but Johanna has helped point us in the right direction. Thank you so much. We are beyond grateful for all the time we have spent together! I have been dealing with a hamstring injury that has hung on for more than 3 years, along with chronic ankle sprains and shoulder pain, and Joyce has been able to SIGNIFICANTLY improve each issue. Not only that, but she has an incredible understanding of the body as a whole and how everything is connected. I am seriously in awe of how Joyce is able to explain every little strange new soreness I experience. She is a true injury-whisperer! I can't thank her enough for putting up with all my minor injuries and fine-tuning my exercises each week for maximum impact. Also, you can't beat having a FULL hour of time with such a knowledgeable and genuinely fun and hilarious woman. A full 60 minutes is definitely not what I experienced at all the other PT offices I visited. She is incredibly patient and kind, even when I struggle to do a simple exercise. Her attitude motivates me to do my exercises and I can honestly say I look forward to every visit! Since we're living in COVID times, Agile has been offering telehealth and is also taking all of the precautions should you want to go to an in person visit. I have always felt extremely safe at all of my in-persons. Joyce takes a whole block of time between each patient to wipe everything down. I can't say it enough, Joyce and Agile are truly incredible!!

Expecting exercise training alone and hoping they had the experience for my condition, I was surprised to receive myofascial mobilization as well as exercises, e-stim and ice. The knowledge demonstrated by Chris impressed me (and I'm not easily impressed). He answered many questions I had lingering. He has excellent touch awareness and I witnessed him moving my leg in ways I was afraid to move, and in doing so my confidence and range of motion improved. Each time I've left there I've left feeling stronger and pain free. This is awesome. I highly recommend this group and am grateful that I found Agile PT for myself. Hoping this will do someone else some good :D

They are truly exceptional -- a group of caring, attentive professionals who make every patient feel seen and supported. The doctor comes out during each visit to check in, always with genuine interest and concern, and when I first began, he took the time to complete a full, thoughtful consultation that set the tone for excellent care. The office itself is spotless. The team is consistently cleaning throughout the day during my visits, and they somehow manage to know every patient by name -- a small detail that makes a big difference in how welcoming the space feels. Making appointments is incredibly easy as well. The young lady at the front desk (I regret forgetting her name) is always smiling, helpful, and willing to take the time to plan out visits in a way that fits both my schedule and the office hours. While they don't use text or phone reminders, she reliably gives me a reminder card each time, which has been just as effective. Shannon, who works closely with the doctor and patients, is especially wonderful -- helpful, upbeat, and an impressive multitasker who keeps everything running smoothly. And as a bonus, the free parking in the back makes the entire experience even more convenient. Their combination of clinical skill, genuine kindness, and a well‑run office has made a tremendous difference in my care. I consistently leave feeling better, supported, and confident in my progress. I truly couldn't recommend Dr. Minassian and his team more highly.

None of this initial paperwork, "see you next time" nonsense. Marc dedicated every ounce of his attention to Kyle, pushed Kyle (in a good way) to work hard and to challenge himself in therapy. Please note this review is not about the therapists themselves but that hardly matters if you can't actually get in to see them. My insurance cleared me for 20 sessions without ANY time restrictions or expiration date. They were only "able" to get me in 5 times and that was a full five weeks after I was supposed to start. On the 6th appt they said they put their own end date in their system and therefore I couldn't be seen that day and had me fill out my forms all over again but after three phone calls over two weeks, I never got in again, nor were they able to email or print my exercises then or on any of my visits. And it's not just me, every single time I sat in the waiting room I watched them turn away people for various clerical reasons -- they literally sent elderly people home who had clearly gone to great lengths to secure transportation there. Turned away children whose parents had gotten time off to bring their children there. Offering no apologies, only random excuses about glitches in their computer system, just shameful. The facility is clean enough but the equipment is very old. DON'T RISK YOUR HEALTH. There are numerous facilities to choose from nearby and many more a short drive further.
