On the 7th, after my appointment, I had messaged my doctor asking for clearance for hearing aids and to investigate something called Type B. Applaud Dr. Lau for communicating effectively via the patient portal, and taking care of it right away. I went to this appointment with my mom, just so she gains a better understanding. Dr. Lau did a good job communicating with me about my past hearing test, and was able to put together the situation. He also used a microsope to look inside my ears for any fluid, and didn't find any. He also gave me all the information and prior hearing tests to back up the information. highly recommend Dr. Lau!

He has been helpful but yet very condescending and disrespectful. I have felt completely shut down and unheard when trying to talk to him as if he doesn't care because he has referred me out to a million other doctors. I thought that as my primary doctor he should care about how I am feeling overall. He goes so quickly that it's rushed and there is zero room for compassion or discussing anything, he cuts me off, he doesn't seem interested and is very patronizing. I have literally left there in tears a couple of times. It is NOT OK!! I was recommended to go to Dr. Pandya's office in Stony Point and had a great experience there. Dr. Pandya is warm and friendly and genuinely seems to care about the well being of his patients. He took the time to tell me why he diagnosed me the way he did and asked me to call if there were any changes or questions. I started to feel better the same evening, after taking the recommended medication. I called to follow up the following day, after a new development, and he quickly assisted me and was very pleasant, asking me to keep him updated on what was going on. Dr. Pandya is the most informative, pleasant doctor I have been to in as long as I can remember. I highly recommend him!

Called twice no response, put two messages on my portal, no response. I had to physically go to the office and waited 2 hrs to get a prescription. Today, I needed a revised script for a biopsy, the imaging department called the office, got a snippy answer but no prescription. Again. Had to go to office. This is disgusting. This is not the first time but it continues to happen. When are these issue going to be addressed.
