I was pressured to approve multiple diagnostics before even speaking with a physician, then waited nearly an hour in a freezing exam room despite having an appointment and only a few patients present. When the doctor finally came in, I was seen briefly and reprimanded for declining the very tests staff had been pushing from the start, which the doctor agreed would not have been necessary. The doctor refused to look at anything I asked her to and walked out. The clinic itself was dirty, dark, poorly maintained, and the attempted blood draw by an inexperienced technician left me genuinely feeling unsafe. I was also blatantly lied to by the doctor about lab turnaround times once I consented to proper testing. Overall, this experience felt transactional rather than medical. I would strongly recommend seeking care elsewhere. Go literally anywhere else.

I found this facility using a google search for urgent care centers that provide saline IV therapy…read more I began feeling dehydrated and lethargic after a long flight cross-country trip from the East Coast. Dr. Eshaghian greeted me with a smile in his voice and provided the most thorough patient care that I have ever experienced! He made me feel valued as a patient and went above and beyond to treat my symptoms. I also requested testing for flu, Covid, urinalysis and strep throat to rule out any further infections. The testing was all completed in house and the results available within minutes. I received an aftercare summary explaining treatment and symptoms. The facility is clean and well maintained. The patient lobby and patient lounge area is relaxing and has comfortable recliners for patients to use while getting IV fluids. Dr. Eshaghian is kind and professional with excellent knowledge and customer service. I left the area feeling 100% better that when arrived. Hai staff Karina is also nice and friendly as well. U highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for testing and IV fluids/therapy. Keep up the good!

During my exam, Kenny used a type of dye that he dropped into my eye, then examined it with a blue light. He was able to see a small abrasion and assured me that with use of prescription ointment and eye drops, it would heal in a week. I have relied on Exer since it opened here in Westwood for my urgent care needs and I will continue to do so.

I was having difficulty sleeping, coughing, getting up and down. After about five days I started getting anxious. I had heard about this urgent care from my family members but never paid them a visit. I'm so lucky I die. From the moment I entered the clinic I was greeted and welcomed by staff. The clinic was very organized and clean. The nurse took my vitals and listened to my concerns. I also had an X-ray taken of my rib cage. They were extremely thorough and listened to my concerns. They even had a radiologist on call to review the images. After they received the results of the exam the PA came to meet with me and go over my results. Turned out to be nothing serious and I was prescribed aleve and given follow up instructions. I highly recommend this urgent care for your medical needs.

I went online to save a spot - which clearly states you could be bumped if there is someone with a more urgent need - and arrived a few minutes earlier than the appointment. My insurance wasn't showing up as active in the system but I needed to get my foot checked out so asked what it would cost. The woman at registration gave me an estimate and said if they bill my insurance and I have to pay, the bill would be 40% less. I was in a chair awaiting the doctor within 15 minutes. I saw the doctor within 45, had my xray within 90 minutes and was diagnosed - the foot is broken - with two hours. I was given a referral to a specialist and offered validation for my parking. Everyone was kind, compassionate and efficient throughout the entire process. If you live in the West Hollywood/Beverly Hills area, and need help between noon and nine p.m., this is an excellent resource!
