When I called to get an itemized receipt of the visit to understand why a 3 minute visit was over $400 I was met with an extremely rude representative in their billing department. Essentially- she said there was no further information she could give me and that I could go and read the Dr. visit note from my appt. So I did. The note says that the Dr and I discussed things that we absolutely didn't, that she advised me on skincare and makeup (which she didn't) etc etc. so many things in the note were false. I sat in the chair she said it looked like my skin was getting better and then gave me a refill of the medication I was already taking. I asked to speak to someone about billing and the billing department said someone would call me back in 24-48 hours. Safe to say I will not be returning and I strongly advise anyone who is considering coming here to look elsewhere. Extremely predatory behavior on their end.
