This was my first time at the establishment. On entering, I was immediately greeted and my wait time was minimal. The location is small but clean and accommodating. My appointment was with Dora. Dora was excellent. She was professional, thorough and patiently answered every question I asked throughout the process. On a scale of 1-10 for scalp treatment, massage and facial; Dora's services rated a 10. The before and after feeling of my scalp was night and day. It really felt as though my scalp was breathing. As far as the post treatment hair styling, I called to inquiry about products used and post treatment hair services. I was informed I could bring my products to assist with post treatment care. I just went to Dr Head Spa today with my mom to have a little treat yourself day. There is a slight language barrier but they do try their best to understand what you want. I had Daisy and she was amazing to say the least. My service was the 90min head spa + a mini facial. It was so relaxing to have her scrub and massage my head, neck, shoulders, and little of my arms. My head feels clean of oil, dandruff, and my scalp is thanking me. Just an FYI the mini facial doesn't add extra time to your service. My mom had Dora and she said she had an amazing experience also. If you're like me and need the massage to be harder don't be afraid to say anything cause they will massage harder or softer if you ask. I booked the 60-minute head spa with Dora and it was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, she was so professional and attentive. She started with a scalp analysis (which she also did at the end), and I could actually see the difference it was so satisfying! I decided to add on the facial, and I'm so glad I did. It was incredibly relaxing and included one of the best face massages I've ever had. If you're debating the add-on, do it! What really stood out was how thoughtful Dora was she even had products specifically for curly hair, which is rare and very appreciated. First time coming here with my wife for her birthday and I would highly recommend coming here. Really friendly staff and amazing service i fell asleep midway head treatment/ massage. They show you your scalp condition up close before and after. I had so much gunk and dandruff my shampoo wasn't getting and they got rid of it all, it feels like my head can breath again. It was the best thing my mom and I have ever experienced. Some of the comments here are right. Even though they do an exceptional work on you they don't do the whole time. I was able to book for myself and my mom for 90 minutes, Emily worked with my mom and summer with me. Not either Emily or Summer completed the 90 minutes. So yes for $135 and them to not complete the time it's a shame, but i didn't say anything since they did amazing. The vibe in that place is so relaxing. We loved it. My husband and I have started getting scalp treatments fairly regularly, about once a month. Today was our 3rd time at DR Head Spa. The ladies there are amazing! So friendly and communicative, always checking with us to make sure everything is feeling good. The atmosphere is very relaxing, with gentle music playing and today there were some nature sounds as well. The beds are comfortable and there is a nice cozy blanket to cover up with. My scalp was dry and had some inflammation. From just one treatment my scalp was condition and the was already a difference in inflammation too. It was a great experience, I have the scalp massage. It was relaxing vibe, and it was so comfortable that I almost fell asleep. They used a Japanese shampoo and conditioning products that give a very comforting sense. The scent is not strong.
