I needed deep cleanings and gum care when I first arrived; they put me on a plan where I came in four times a year for cleanings rather than just twice a year, to ensure that I received the best care possible. I had other services done, like removing/replacing mercury fillings and fixing old fillings that had cracked. I was always happy with the work done. I even received a call one night after-hours from Dr. Wood when he could tell I'd had a particularly rough time during a procedure, just to make sure I was feeling okay. I was always impressed with the technology in the office; it seemed like every time I went in I noticed something they'd added or something that I'd never seen before in previous dentists' offices. My hygienist, Amanda H, is also highly recommended. In addition to being extremely professional and competent, she would remember things about my life and ask me about them during my visits. She swore she never took notes, she just remembered! And this wasn't just because I was coming in four times a year so I was a more recognizable face; my husband only went in twice a year and she'd remember personal details about his life, too. My only "complaint" is that the patient chair in Dr. Wood's procedure room is MUCH more plush and comfortable than the normal chairs in the hygienists' cleaning rooms. Imagine the increased teeth-cleaning experience if those were located in every room!

I don't know how they do it, but I didn't feel a thing when the novocaine was going in. Now that the novocaine has worn off and I can properly feel my teeth, the side that was deep cleaned feels cleaner than I can ever remember, and even though I knew it took a whole lot of work, was totally painless. The wait is typically short, and I'm always promptly seen once inside the individual patient room. If you need a distraction, there are TVs in the waiting room as well as in each patient room. They offer a wide variety of services; I've only been seen for cleanings, so I can't comment too much on those. Always appreciate the cute goody bag I get to take home. Dominique who cleaned my teeth was super friendly as well, did my X-rays, gum measurements, and cleaning super fast. She told me she finished dental school just this past summer and really knew her stuff, giving me tips and flossing recommendations. The dentist was nice and made me feel comfortable with just the right amount of chit chat. I really appreciated how well I was treated here, you're in good hands.

I called TrueSmiles Dental and informed them that I've been having a horrible TMJ flare up for a month and was in search of a new dentist. I was able to get a new patient appointment within 2 weeks. I was incredibly nervous and anxious as I feared I cracked some teeth from my flare up. I had several x-rays taken it and a thorough cleaning done. Dr. Masoud was so kind and thoughtful. She examined my jaw and checked my teeth for signs of grinding. I've complained of TMJ pain to my past dentist and they never addressed the issue. However, Dr. Masoud prescribed me some medicine and suggested a mouth guard and injections. I really cannot thank her enough for looking at both my teeth and jaw. Inshallah, this will be the end to my jaw pain. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Masoud, especially if you suffer jaw pain.
