So as with many during the pandemic I decided to sell a house on a large lot that has mostly been sitting vacant. I searched through yelp and found this company and gave them a call and they were very kind and courteous. We set up a day for them to come by and help me clean up the location. They brought a second person to help and did an absolutely outstanding job cleaning my property going far above and beyond my expectations. I was hoping to just haul away the junk and garbage left there but they even went to help get rid of the unsightly brush and plants that had began to grow on the property. I called Dr. Junk (Mike) to schedule a pick up for my parents and he asked what date and I gave him the date and he told me no problem gave me a price and to call him back the following week to scheduled as it was too earlier to book. Called him back the following week to schedule and he said sure no problem lets get this going. He then ask that I send him pictures in a text so he could know exactly what he was picking up. I did as he requested and still never got a confirmation from him. Texted him a day or two later stating I never received confirmation and he texted me back and told me he would call me later to confirm and still to this date I still haven't heard back from Mike. This is so unprofessional. If he didn't want to do the job he should have just stated that when I spoke to him. My parents only needed seven items removed. Two days later, he arrived as promised and quickly and cleanly completed the junk removal. Be careful, he likes to arrive a half hour earlier than promised so you need to be ready for him. I had a big pile of bricks, stucco and an iron gate on my side yard along with some other miscellaneous items.
