The tone was rigid and dismissive from start to finish. What makes this even more disappointing is that we were planning to pursue additional cosmetic dentistry with this office clearly not a small investment but even that didn't shift their attitude. It felt like the front desk was more interested in enforcing punishment than providing patient-centered care. We ultimately chose to take our business elsewhere. I went back a couple of weeks later complaining of jaw pain and swelling, I was told he has a consent ins policy and even if his lawyers wanted to settle he'd have to give the ok. Horrific man with no conscience! I'm left with out the ability to eat on the left side of my mouth and constant pain in my jaw and headaches.
