Somehow the people at Unite Fitness managed to differentiate the weight training, no matter my experience or abilities. I never felt in competition with anyone, and there were plenty who were way more fit than I am. The program included so many facets of health and fitness. The chef prepared meals, visits by specialists like nutritionists. Choices of activities throughout the day after spending the morning in the gym. I hiked, I did water aerobics, yoga. The people who work there are sincere, friendly, and helpful. The people who attend have much in common and are dedicated to improving their health. The trainers were amazing! They told me they wouldn't know how much my coverage would provide and failed to provide with me something as simple as an estimate. I feel like a fish who thought they were getting dinner and became the dinner. Halfway through my treatment program, (3 visits) I owe them $450 and still have the exact same pain that I had on day 1 with no improvement. In response to comment: If what said in your comment was true. I would have been completely satisfied, George. Respectfully, I was not provided with even an estimate of the visit, and when speaking to someone on the phone to pay my bill, I asked again for an estimate of what the last 2 yet un-billed visits would cost. What you "saw" and what I heard are simply two different things.. and I think that we both know that you cannot hear with your eyes. I digress, I was told, "Unfortunately, we just don't know." I understand that my insurance has a deductible. With other physicians including my chiropractor, they will simply call my provider and get an accurate bill for me as an "estimate" that is made available to me before the treatment is even received to allow me to decide if I want to proceed with the treatment. I must also say that I should not be sorry for not requesting to speak with the owner of a company that has wronged as that most often times is simply not possible. Nor, would it yield any productive results. While your offer of free services are enticing, I think we all know that "no risk trials" aren't as great as they appear to be at face value. Us little folk usually get stuck with the bill. If you truly weren't going to charge your patients if they weren't satisfied, I would have never seen a bill in the first place. As far as the progress, rather lack there of.. I cannot be held accountable for the advice that I was recommended nor the direction that I was given that did not provide the relief that we were both hoping for. Thank you for your response, though I felt it was inaccurate and a bit catty, I understand the personal drive to defend one's business and employees. I was sent to Dr. Frogley by my regular (past) Chiropractor! My regular (past) Chiropractor said…read moremy spine was like a rubik's cube! As I have learned over the years, most Chiropractors adjust the spine to relieve present complaints. Such adjustments are helpful, but due to poor posture, accidents, and many other factors those adjustments will likely be very temporary. At Generational Spine and Health they actually CHANGE unhealthy curvature of the spine into healthy curvature for the long term, to prevent those complaints from reoccurring, as well as preventing future health complaints. I went to Generational Spine and Health with a history of spinal injuries and a boat load of health problems. Being a football lineman for several years, a youth boxer, rough off-roading enthusiast, in addition to a body surfing accident and several car accidents, all left my spine in pretty rough shape. In fact it was in very bad shape. When I first started seeing Dr. Frogley he made sure to educate me about spine health (as he does with all of his patients). After learning about good posture, normal spinal curves, and spinal function, I can still remember my horror when I saw my Xrays compared to xrays of a healthy spine. My low back had completely lost all healthy curvature, and the curve in my neck was curving the opposite direction of a healthy neck curve. If that were not bad enough my spine looked like a jagged staircase rather than the nice flowing curves of a healthy spine. I was terrified. I knew that many, if not all of the health problems I was experiencing were related to my spine. Being a hobbyist mechanic, I know that if the proper amount of power can't get to the components that need power, those components either stop working properly or they stop working altogether. It is the same with the body. The body IS electrical. The spine houses the electrical wiring. Dr. Frogley gave me hope when I was hopeless. He helped me to see that with positive changes to my daily posture habits, along with the right attitude and the right treatment, that I could again have a healthy spine. I have to admit that in the beginning I was skeptical. After a while they shot some new xrays and I could actually start to see changes. That gave me more courage and more hope to keep moving forward. Now, with my first xrays and my current xrays side by side you would NEVER guess that they were from the same person. My neck is now curving in the proper direction and my low back has the proper curvature as well. The staircase has disappeared and now appears to be a smooth healthy set of curves. Dr. Frogley and his staff care about their patients. You feel and see that, as they interact with you and other patients. Your health matters to them. Don't be offended if they don't throw you a pity party when you aren't feeling well. Instead they offer encouragement and the positive urging you need to keep moving forward toward good health. My health complaints are drastically fewer and so are my medical bills!!!. I have been living a happier healthier life since I started going to Generational Spine and Health! My wife saw my progress and started going to Generational Spine and Health as well as taking our children. My wife's initial xrays showed that she had very good spine curvature and really didn't need more than an occasional visit. Then she was involved in a rear end collision on I-15. From new xrays it was shocking to see the damage that the accident had caused to her neck. Her treatment was covered by the offending motorists insurance. In a short time Dr. Frogley and his staff had her spine looking and functioning just the way it had before the accident. I HIGHLY recommend Generational Spine and Health to family, friends, and complete strangers all of the time. Several of my extended family are now patients of Dr. Frogley. It is amazing to hear them tell of their positive experiences. Even my 99 year old Grandma made regular visits to Dr. Frogley! Most people thought she was in her early 80's by how well she could move and get around. As you can tell, I can't say enough good about Dr. Frogley and Generational Spine and Health. They have literally changed my life!
