The office is a spa experience: - heated eye mask or shades - aromatherapy of your choice - music of your choice - neck pillow - blanket - mood lighting Focusing on prevention and supremely detailed at everything oral hygiene related: - products are made in-house and focused on preserving the microbiome - gentle but detailed work, my teeth have never been so clean! - the tools/techniques employed are so much less traumatizing then in conventional dentistry ie: cotton gauze instead of plastic/foam pieces to dam an area of the mouth - cognizant of comfort and stress level at all times - high awareness - will go over sections of the mouth again despite not officially working on that region/quadrant that day - follows up after appointment to see how I was doing after my deep cleaning - educational and generous with information/time, you never will feel rushed Insurance is not accepted - a super bill is provided. There is no admin person, come with patience for a 1 person show! Know that each visit will be 1:1 - so private and uninterrupted. Taren is so personal, professional and treats you like an individual. Despite only coming to this office in 2025, I can tell there is a genuine care and soul in this practice. Yes, in general, he's not as warm as or into small talk like Dr. Pearce was, but Dr. Andre is an excellent dentist. I recently had to have a dental procedure done that I was VERY nervous about and Dr. Andre overheard me telling his front desk staff I was nervous. He came right over, asked me why I was feeling nervous, answered my questions, and really took the time to put me at ease. He was wonderful throughout the whole procedure and I'm very pleased with the results. They focus on what's needed, work with your insurance, and don't push extra cleanings or X-rays. This is the only dentist I've been to that hasn't charged me out of pocket. Also if there is an emergency on their days off, you can leave a message and get an immediate call back.

As I walked with Nai Sypraseurt, she placed me into my room. She had a real good positive vibe and friendly approach, which in my book means things are going well. Later in those couple of min of signing some paper work, DR. Lance Porteaus came by to introduce himself to me. The gentlemen was nice and funny like Nai. During my experience it was entertaining bc the Doctor was educating me in the tools he was using, it made things a lot easier bc it kept my focus away from what was happening. The cleaning went well, it was a fun (educational wise) and Nai and Dr Porteaus are pretty funny, they are good individuals. Pain wise: I was numb. Placing the anesthetic was painless ( small poke but it's normal bc it is a needle). Time it took: took maybe an hour. Reasonable because you want the medicine to kick in.
