There is no admin person, come with patience for a 1 person show! Know that each visit will be 1:1 - so private and uninterrupted. Taren is so personal, professional and treats you like an individual. Despite only coming to this office in 2025, I can tell there is a genuine care and soul in this practice. I did the two week home treatment and the one day in office treatment. Loved the results! Many people have noticed that my teeth are super white from my treatment and I can say that it was well worth the investment. The staff here is amazing! The front desk staff is such a sweetheart, her personality and energy is beyond amazing. Michelle is a sweet heart as well. My son recognized him as a dentist who made a visit to his school to talk about teeth and it's very easy to see why he's so popular with the little ones. But I've never had such a difficult time to schedule/reschedule an appointment before. I always feel like I have to take time off work or pull my son out of school or wait another month or more. Their hours are terrible. The 7am Fridays would be great if we lived closer but we'd have to leave even earlier to get through traffic and then there's no guarantee we'd be finished in an hour to get to school on time. 2pm closure on Fridays is crazy. And they close at 3pm on Tuesdays and 5pm on the other days. They are always booked solid so good luck if your child gets sick.

Dr. Rosales handled both very skillfully. The filling is on the outer face of my tooth, and it was immediately unrecognizable from the surrounding surface. I went in thinking I would have to have my tooth pulled (it just hurt so bad I couldn't imagine another option) Dr. Hoang and Dr. Shen looked at they x-ray of my tooth and asked if I was sure I wanted them to pull it? They said it could be saved with a root canal. I was thrilled and told them to go for it. About 2 hours later I walked out feeling much better. I told them about my previous dental experience and they told me they could see that I had some work that needed to be done but said it doesn't need to be all done at once and we can do it little by little. I went back this week for a regular check up and cleaning. They did full x-rays and found a cavity that the previous dentist had told me I needed a root canal on. Dr. Shen said it was close, but felt a big filing would be fine, and they fixed it. Not only are they efficient, friendly, & compassionate, but they are honest and I truly appreciate it. For the first time in years I am happy to be going to the dentist!

Street parking is tight but there is a small lot for the business which has space for four cars and another handicap space. Dr. Tanita was amazing and really cared for his patients! Over the years, unfortunately the service here has been subpar at best. Rushed appointments, lack of availability in booking, especially for an emergency visit and charges for services that may or may not be necessary. Also, the customer service has been less than friendly at times. Which is very disheartening. Very disappointing that we have been long time patients here and now with the recent changes and customer service, we may need to find a new provider as lately over the past few years, we do not feel valued as patients.
