I missed some of the bells and whistles of other oil change places, like interior vacuuming and window washing, but the accessibility and speed was great!

This should be the standard practice on all vehicles and a reason I took my car in to get serviced. Also, they never checked my transmission fluid. But that may be because there isn't any way to check it. At least that is what I was told by the man servicing the car. He may be right. Another thought, I think when you pay $114 to get your oil changed. You should get the best car wash for that cost of $114.00. You shouldn't have to pay an extra eight dollars for an upgrade car wash. Yes they give you a free basic car wash . But you have to pay an extra eight dollars ($12.00 of the best wash). The $114.00 should included in the best car wash. If they did do what their page says and gave the top of the line car wash. Then I would definitely come back But as of now I am uncertain if I will go back again.

I brought it back to show the damages, and the person I spoke with tried to gaslight me, saying things like "only diamonds can scratch glass", and "it must be your windshield wipers." Even if the angle made sense, that would mean I had literal diamonds in my wiper! I filled out their damage report and was told I would be given a call, but that never happened. Thankfully insurance covered the repairs but this was a heartache on a brand new vehicle. I've had a good experience with oil changes here, but obviously will not be using the car wash again.
