Then returned it to me with an obvious coolant leak. Within 100 miles after their repairs, I had a check engine light on and found that they smashed a connector together, bending the pins, and had to pay someone else to fix it. The service manager said he "would get back in touch with me", but never did. They are okay for tires and batteries, but if you need anything complex or involving them touching your engine, go elsewhere.

After calling Great Lakes Ford, we decided to get it fixed right this time. We had it towed to Great Lakes and they diagnosed the problems as to what was causing the repeat starting issues. They had to order a part, and as soon as they could get it on their schedule got our truck repaired.
