There were also miscellaneous items such as water bottles, suitcases, home deco, etc. There were 2 whole floors of items!! I didn't purchase anything, but I did eye stuff for my next visit. I love the self-checkout section. There was a barcode scanner upon exit. They are located on the opposite side of the 3-floor section of the mall. When I explained that we may need to dispute the charge with our credit card company if the issue could not be resolved, he threatened, "If you do, you can never shop here again." He also remarked that situations like this are common and customers sometimes wait even longer. After multiple in store visits and good faith attempts to resolve this directly, the matter remains unresolved and has raised serious consumer protection concerns. I am sharing this experience so others can make an informed decision before purchasing.
