The older negative reviews compelled me to write one. I moved to spitting distance from this mall and go there almost daily for breakfast and will sometimes visit stores after. Celine is one of my favorite brands for their understated elegance and quality craftsmanship. The new designs have been a bit off-putting since I'm not into logos but there's still a lot of options out there! Keith has always been helpful in every purchase I've made. I'm shocked to see someone say he's rude- he's absolutely a gem of a customer service specialist. He always greets me with a smile. Maybe that was an off day- everyone has one right?? The new store is very close to its original location and it's nice and bright, spacious, and a facelift I'm not sure they needed but hey, it's gorgeous! read more

The store is quiet and a bit of a bore but the associates are quite helpful. I recently went here to make a fragrance purchase. The guys were more than happy to help and ultimately assisted me in narrowing down which fragrances I wanted. read more

Always wanted a Celine belt and went into the Tysons store to purchase a belt with the new black buckle. Zion was the one that helped me. I wore it 3x and within 14 days the buckle chipped! I brought it in the store and Zion said "this is worn (not arguing that and meaning the leather belt which shouldn't look like that after 3 wears ) and accused me for damaging the buckle. Then proceeded to tell me over and over again that I must have fallen meaning a face plant and damaged it. He was defensive the entire time with zero customer service of how to resolve it. I was going to return it and that wasn't an option so I asked to have it replaced! He said he won't . I asked what he could do and he said they can send it to repairs and I would have to pay for it!!! I have never had such bad customer service from a luxury brand! I have purchased belts from Hermes, Gucci and LV and never had bad customer service. Zion should not be representing a luxury brand with his accusatory attitude. I will never come to this location again! There was also a lady looking at belts but when she witnessed his interaction with me she walked out and a sale was lost. So disappointed. I've been debating a belt bag for a while but was waiting for my birthday to purchase. In the meantime I was looking for a new belt. I bought both sizes online and drove to this location to return the other since their website explicitly states you can return online orders to the store. I got there with their first half hour of opening and there was only one other customer in the store. The woman was SO rude. As soon as she heard I had bought the belt online she rushed over and said no, we can't help you. I told her the Celine site said I could return at the store. She said well we just reopened 3 weeks ago and our systems can't do it. Totally dismissive of me. So I'll return by mail, and I'll return the belt I was going to keep as well. The rudeness helped solidify my decision about the belt bag. I'll take my money to a store who values their customers. read more

Céline is one of my most favorite brands - beautiful beautiful BEAUTIFUL handbags as well as ready-to-wear items, it was such a pleasant surprise to see this boutique as a newly-added addition to the Galleria! The store has a modest collection of clutches, wallets, and handbags, as well as tops, bottoms, and shoes. I have a strong eye on that gray Cabas and the Micro Luggage! The staff were all super friendly and helpful and allows all to peruse with no pressure. Friendly staff, beautiful bags - what more could you ask for?! I don't normally do reviews but feel compelled to take the time to mention what a fantastic experience I had in the store. I visited this Celine location just a few days ago, the moment I walked in I was welcomed by Rebecca. Her kindness was unlike most other sales associates you seem to encounter nowadays. Rebecca was not pushy, nor did I feel rushed in her presence at all like you can sometimes feel; she took her time, and with her knowledge of the Celine products, Rebecca thoughtfully answered the questions I had, was very informative and insightful to help ensure the product matched my expectations. Even when my husband and 2 sons came in the store, she had an authentic warmth and approachability which made them feel so comfortable. I chose the Celine Nano Luggage bag as my first ever Celine purchase (to which I fully believe is/will be making a huge comeback, I love the size of the nano and the top handle, it can hold so much and is still so stylish today, dare I say a chic "historic" icon that is a forever discreet recognizable ode to fashion bag). To conclude, I couldn't be any happier with my decision, but more importantly it was the customer service that was 6 out of 5 stars! I will be back, only to buy my Celine products from this location because of the exceptional service I received from Rebecca. See you again soon! read more

Ms. Sora, greeted me as I stepped into the shop. Loved her charming personality an wonderful hair cut. The staff uniform were not to my liking, but kudos to the staff for wearing that outfit. The small wallet I looked at was $510 and the black and yellow mini wallet is $280. The tan and yellow is 280 also. read more

Before I begin my review, I would like to say that I have purchased items from other designers and they all have an air of snobbishness/austerity, but no one tops Céline. I initially purchased my item at Harrods in December 2017, but soon after noticed an issue regarding the varnish on the handles. They were cracking within a few months, so I took the item for repair in mid 2018. When I got to the store, I tried identifying my profile in their system, however the SA refused to do so. Apparently, Harrods was not within the Celine "realm" of stores so there would be no profile. They then told me because of this I could have very well "picked my item off the back of a UPS truck for all they know" and they would have no way to prove I purchased the item. They tried their best to usher me out of the store and told me to call their customer service. I persisted and asked them to try to at least look it up. After much more back and forth they finally conceded and ultimately found my profile. They begrudgingly sent the item off for repair and the issue was resolved, or so I thought. Also as a tidbit, when I received my item back I asked the SA how to store my item to mitigate the risk of the issue happening again, they told me to place it in the dust bag and in the box. I did not use my item for months, afraid of further cracking of the varnish. When I went to use it in mid 2019 the cracking was back. Mind you, I had not once used it since receiving it back from repair in 2018. So, in September of 2019 I sent it back for repair again at this store with a very apprehensive staff. But this is a $3,000 item, of course I'm going to ask for it to be repaired and enhanced to the quality that price dictates. They also asked how I stored my item, which was in the box as suggested by the prior SA, and they said that the issue was my fault because I was storing it improperly although their colleague a year ago told me otherwise. Needlessly it went out for repair. It came back a little over 2 weeks later in October and I noticed that the issue was still apparent. They had fixed one of the cracks, not both. I refused to take my item, to the amusement of the SAs, even after the SAs tried to basically bargain with me to walk out of the store with it as is. It felt like they wanted me, not the issue, to go away. I persisted again, as you do at a high-end store, to have the issue resolved. They said they would send it for a "quality assessment" to their office in New York and then let me know as soon as possible if a repair would be suitable or if other "measures" could be taken. Fast forward a month to November, and I have heard nothing. Absolutely nothing from the store. I called inquiring about my item and those calls went unreturned. Everyone I spoke to deferred me to the store manager who never called me back until I finally had to reach out to the Celine customer service who at least gave some effort in locating my item, apparently it was in the repair shop. Funny, because the most recent repair took a little over 2 weeks. Fast forward another month, it is now December and I have been without my item for 3 months. Still not receiving any customer service, calls have still gone unreturned and I have no idea when I will receive my item back. So to potential customers of this store or Céline in general, proceed with caution. The staff at designer stores in my opinion forget that us customers are paying for the service that tags along with the merchandise. And the staff at this store as well as their corporate customer service do not care about you and will reluctantly "help" you. To the manager of this store, do better. This is ridiculous, your staff are rude, and you have made my experience absolutely miserable. read more

M. Bernard and wonderful associates were my first unforgettable experience with this location. They had me at "Hello". From the casual chic, personal attention & the final champagne toast - it doesn't get better than this. Who else also layers on Cire Trudon scenting the aire?
