I loved this place. Ladies, come here to get your pedicures and manicures! The ladies are so professional and very patient. My nieces and I came here to get our pedicures, and we were all walk ins. They are all so nice. They do really great work. I got the deluxe pedicure. They use hot water which will really help your feet feel great. The manicures are great, too. Been going here for a while now and it's become my go-to spot, hands down. The ladies are so so sweet every single time, and the whole vibe just makes you want to keep coming back. I always get a simple french tip and it always comes out clean and perfect. The massage during service is genuinely so relaxing, and what I love is they'll adjust the pressure if you want something deeper - just ask and they'll go firmer, no issue at all. Also have to mention the complimentary drinks, such a nice little touch that makes the whole experience feel extra special. And we love Kim - she's amazing every time! Newest update 8/12. I have 5 compromised nails as shown in the pictures, 4 snapped off completely and one lifted. The quality here is embarrassing. Update, this nail started lifting 8/7, 4 compromised nails and I just had these for two weeks. 3 completely broken, now one lifted and this is painful to deal with. Also this one that's lifted I actually got replaced the time before I got the original replaced with which was 7/24. And I genuinely believe this is from Annie grinding my nails down so much til I felt pain and she said I was "just sensitive" there even tho I never had issues before coming here. Again, I paid $90 for a set that's supposed to last 2-3 weeks I have to get 4 out of my 10 nails replaced at week two! Pay attention to the dates I got these filled on 7/24 I needed 4 nails replaced by 8/7. read more

I've been coming here since they opened and it's honestly my favorite nail salon. I always feel like I'm just hanging out with my girls! Tip: call ahead or book an appointment! They take walk-ins but prioritize appointments, so I always call ahead (especially during peak hours!!) and never wait more than a few minutes even when they're busy. Parking is always easy and near downtown/Anaheim Packing House, so I love grabbing coffee or lunch nearby after. The place itself is always so clean, and the vibe is genuinely lively and cheerful every time I walk in. My gel mani always lasts me 5-6 weeks before I need a fill too, which honestly says a lot about how good their technique is. One thing I really appreciate: they read the room so well. If I come in with headphones on and just want to zone out, they get it and let me be. If I'm up for chatting, they're happy to laugh with me too. Also the complimentary drinks (hello free wine hehe) are such a nice touch - they never leave me thirsty during service. All the staff are really nice, but Kim is the one I always look forward to seeing. I actually followed her here from a previous salon because I trust her with my tired, gross cuticles more than anyone lol. She's so sweet, funny, and patient with me even when I can't decide on a color for the 15th time. The whole team gives a great massage during pedicures too. The shop has a third world feel and the vibe is cheap even if their prices are not. I got a pedicure and it was just okay. The service was rushed. It was noisy too and they leave the main door open even if the store is right next to a main street and a gas station with so many cars passing. They have limited parking too. Not sure why people give them 5 stars. read more

This was my first time here. Worst place that I ever been to! Very disappointed. They have a sign that says they are not responsible for any cuts or bleeding and that they dont cut ingrowns but they still did it anyway and I didnt see the sign until after they did it without even asking me. The pedicure was kind of rough because of the cutting part. I bled on 2 toenails and right now one of them chipped off and the other one looks like its getting infected and it hurts. I even tipped and was still nice anyway even tho the pedicure didnt look the best because thats how I am as a good person but this is my first time ever at a salon that my nail is getting infected filled with pus and blood and tomorrow is my baby shower read more

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience. The photos speak for themselves my nails were not cleaned properly before polish was applied, and you can clearly see debris and uneven prep left behind. The polish was already chipped within days, and what's worse, it was intentionally painted far from the cuticle so it would look "grown out" immediately. It honestly feels like corners were cut on purpose. The shaping is uneven, the application is sloppy, and the finish looks rushed and unprofessional. For the price paid, this level of hygiene and quality is unacceptable. I shouldn't leave a nail appointment feeling like I need to book another one somewhere else to fix it. I would not recommend based on this experience. Cleanliness, proper prep, and attention to detail should be the bare minimum. read more

I will say they were not upfront about how much gel costs and price are not written clearly on a board, they had pamphlets, but I did not see the gel up charge ($12). But they were great and we enjoyed kickstarting my husband's birthday week and our babymoon! It is a small place but super well organized and set up! I would definitely come again. They did take Groupons which helped offset the cost. Hello: back again after only a week, 3 nails were loose and came off. I did not want gel on my acrylic for this exact reason... Lemme tell you... after YEARS of going to different nail salons, I can confidentially say I have found my TO GO SPOT! My nails were crusty and Polly went above and beyond taking care of my nails. I've never felt so welcomed from a nail tech. She was genuinely so sweet. I've never experienced someone take so much care into doing my nails. She was so attentive to every detail and made sure I was happy with the way they looked. I was there for close to an hour but it felt like I was only there for 10 minutes. Got my nails done here three times so far and every single time they chip after 2 days. I believe it's only the dip powder that is bad. The only reason I kept coming back was because the owner is very sweet and nice but came back today to have them fix it and after 15 minutes I asked the employee how much longer and she said another 15 minutes. Really wish they would tell me how long I had to wait before waiting. Went somewhere else and dip powder never chipped definitely something with the formula they are using. read more

I paid $80 for a medium square set on 12/13 with white tips and they came out beautiful but during the service I felt they were a bit rough, I was cut multiple times by the drill. Then while my nails were being filed by the hand file I felt as if she was aggressive with it as I kept saying "ow" and she still kept going by the next day my pinky nail had started lifting. Then by 12/17 my left middle finger nail chipped. I've been getting my nails done for about 10 years now and I've only had nails chipped from those who use cheaper product.
