Dr. Nguyen and his staff are super efficient. During my last visit, I was in and out within 30 minutes for my full annual eye exam. My appointment was set for 10 AM, I arrived at 9:50 AM, and by 10:45 AM I was still sitting in the lobby with 4 people ahead of me. I don't have time to spend 2 hours at the eye doctor. Stop over scheduling and see people WHEN THEY'RE SCHEDULED. When I informed the front desk girl I would need to reschedule my appointment since it was now 45 minutes past when I was supposed to be seen she laughed and could have cared less. I had to take off from work to come to my "appointment" and am scheduled to go in at 11:30. So essentially I took off from work for no reason and wasted 45 minutes of my day. Additionally, the facility is disgusting. The lobby chairs are covered in what looks like dark fecal/urine stains and the arms of the chairs have sticky residue on them. I called over to Pasadena Eye Center on Crenshaw and made an appointment for next week. Take your money else where. Maybe Dr. Hakimi will take these reviews into consideration & do a staffing revamp.
