Once I got them, the lenses would come out at the top and then about mid June, the right lense fully popped out. I took them back in on July 14th asking if they could fix them. I was told that the lenses were too small and they needed to be sent back. They insisted that they would be expedited and that I needed to wear my old glasses with my outdated prescription in the meantime. I asked for a printout of my prescription and the tech said "you're gonna order glasses online?!" And acted as though it personally offended her. She provided me with the printout once I explained that I would need a back up pair in the event one pair was to break again. After 3 weeks of waiting for my "expedited" glasses, I called to ask about them. They advised me that they were in but just hadn't gotten around to calling me yet. I asked if I could just get a refund instead, and was advised that it was past the cutoff for a refund since the original appointment was in May. Even though I've had the glasses for less than a month, and here it is August. I won't be purchasing glasses from this place EVER again, but wouldn't mind seeing the doctor if needed.

I was recommended Dr. Nguyen by family members who have been going to him for a while, so I decided to schedule with him. Fast-forward to today, I have been going to Dr. Nguyen for the past 3-4 years! He is super friendly, authentic, and easy to talk to. I feel comfortable discussing my vision and any concerns with him. Dr. Nguyen and his staff are super efficient. During my last visit, I was in and out within 30 minutes for my full annual eye exam. They run all of the proper tests and check my vision thoroughly to look for any changes from previous years. Scheduling is super easy by phone - they usually have appointments within a 1-2 week timeframe. I will be continuing to go to Dr. Nguyen and Clearpoint Vision for my annual eye exams!

My appointment was set for 10 AM, I arrived at 9:50 AM, and by 10:45 AM I was still sitting in the lobby with 4 people ahead of me. I don't have time to spend 2 hours at the eye doctor. Stop over scheduling and see people WHEN THEY'RE SCHEDULED. When I informed the front desk girl I would need to reschedule my appointment since it was now 45 minutes past when I was supposed to be seen she laughed and could have cared less. I had to take off from work to come to my "appointment" and am scheduled to go in at 11:30. So essentially I took off from work for no reason and wasted 45 minutes of my day. Additionally, the facility is disgusting. The lobby chairs are covered in what looks like dark fecal/urine stains and the arms of the chairs have sticky residue on them. I called over to Pasadena Eye Center on Crenshaw and made an appointment for next week. Take your money else where. Maybe Dr. Hakimi will take these reviews into consideration & do a staffing revamp.
