The exam itself was incredibly quick and the vet did not ask many questions and her answer when I asked if she had reviewed her chart made me think she had not looked at the records I sent over prior. This was also highlighted by when I saw her chart from the visit, it needed corrections. I had some concerns with the rabies vaccine process as well. The vaccine did not have a label on it, which after a past bad experience I like to double check what is given. Also the rabies tag is huge for a cat, and the office staff was sweet and did look into getting a smaller one, but ultimately said no. I found this vet through catfriendly since I wanted a vet who had cats and a practice who was elevated on that front. That is why I traveled when I have other vets who are closer distance-wise. Overall it was a fine vet experience, the office staff was lovely, the vet was kind if not as thorough as I am used to, and it was a perfectly okay visit. However I thought it would be better based on the price tag and catfriendly cert. I am not sure if it is worth traveling for, but if you're nearby it is okay.

This place is the total opposite of my experiences elsewhere. I have the most pleasant and easy experiences every time I come here. Dr. Rotsides loves my cat, gives him so cuddles and attention, and everyone here is so kind and sweet with him. It is so clean and has a quiet atmosphere -- just a great vibe. And they don't overcharge me or ask me to do a million costly tests. My cat got his exam -- we were in and out in 30 minutes. I totally recommend.
