They are located at least 40 minutes away from me but they were completely worth the drive and then some. Dr Goswami, Nicole and Anne-Marie are very friendly and kind. During my visit they were very comforting not only to my dog but to myself. Similar to my other vet, there were challenges performing the removal. Dr Goswami kept me updated throughout the procedure and made sure I was aware of the cost so there were no surprises. Finally Dr Goswami performed acupuncture to help my boy. They also are opened for emergencies My dog was going down hill I took her out of Tinton falls emergency care and brought her to Dr Buchoff she lived for 3 more years . My dog now is 16 and is in longevity vet centers care . He is doing great ! I just got him his dental treatment they were prepared and was available 3 hours later in great shape . I have been a loyal customer for many years and have entrusted K9 Resorts with my three pugs. Under the original owner and staff, both I and my dogs were treated like family. Unfortunately, my last three boarding experiences have been increasingly disappointing. Instead of being welcomed as a long-time customer, I have been greeted with comments such as, "Who are these dogs?" It was surprising and disheartening given our long history with the facility. The most troubling incident occurred during my most recent pickup. After I expressed that I was disappointed that no one remembers the dogs or me, the front desk employee became visibly upset. She went to retrieve my dogs, and while I was waiting in the lobby, I heard my smallest pug let out a loud yelp. Moments later, the employee came running into the lobby, yelling and holding out her arm, saying, "Look what your dog did to me," referring to what appeared to be a scratch. Furthermore I was being verbally confronted for expressing my dissatisfaction. The entire interaction was alarming and unprofessional, especially considering she was handling my three dogs at the time. I later called the location to speak with the manager, only to be told that she had resigned. I then contacted the corporate office in Berkeley Heights, where my information was taken and I was advised to contact the Regional Director. I did so, and he also took my information and told me he would investigate the incident and call me in 2 days. That was a week ago and I've heard nothing. My concern extends beyond poor customer service to the manner in which both I and my dogs were treated during this experience. I hope this matter is thoroughly investigated and that meaningful steps are taken to restore the level of professionalism and care that once made this location exceptional. It's is currently substandard. K9 Resorts has permanently lost my business. I don't trust them with my dogs and I don't like being treated poorly especially when I pay so much for their services.
