The massage was an hour, and it honestly felt like longer! The main areas I needed to focus on were my neck and upper back, and she really helped loosen those areas and even detoxed my feet! Lightly Salted was my first salt room experience and I wasn't really sure what to expect. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. She gave us a quick run down and showed us to our room. The room was dimly lit with salt on the floor and leather recliners. Once inside a fine mist of salt started filling the room. I was not expecting this so I was a bit surprised. I could feel my sinuses opening up and pressure relief. We sat in the room for I think 30 (?) minutes just relaxing and chatting. It was dimly lit so it was a wonderfully relaxing environment. Going into this I kind of felt like salt rooms were a hoax but after one session I'm definitely a believer in it's benefits! I'm currently pregnant so I plan to return to help alleviate some of my pregnancy symptoms. read more

Salt rooms have been a service that I'm seeking for popping up all around the Orlando area. Lightly Salted had popped up a few times in my Instagram algorithm so I figured I'd check it out to start my weekend off right! I've heard that halotherapy does great things for your skin, mood, and sleep just to name a few things! I booked the salt room service which allows for 45 minutes of relaxation in one of their salt rooms. A blanket is provided along with shoe covers to keep you from tracking salt out with you, and there are cubby holes for your bag or anything else you don't want to get salt on. The girl at the front was very helpful in explaining how it all works and the benefits of utilizing a salt room. Once I was inside I kicked back in one of their reclining chairs and almost dozed off, it was so relaxing! I felt like I was at a super fancy spa or even out at the beach with how fresh the air was in there! My sinuses felt clear by the end of it and I felt energized and at peace. As I checked out I ended up buying some essential oils since they sell the brand I use all the time! I would definitely like to come back and try out some of their other services like the massage with the Himalayan salt rocks! This place was well worth it! read more

Spectacular experience at the 1-year anniversary celebration at Lightly Salted in Lake Nona. If you haven't experienced the Salt experience, it is excellent for those with breathing issues (asthma, cystic fibrosis, general toxins), PTSD / stress, etc. It is quite relaxing and cleansing and the place is super clean. Beautiful ambiance that will captivate the eyes but the aroma can heal your body. Wonderful staff when my wife and I got salt rooms, massages, and a sauna to top it off. Their bundles made it worth it. Each service was superb. What stood out for me was the infrared sauna. It felt clean and detoxing. I'd go there for just that alone. The salt rooms were cozy and you can get your massage in there too. Joy was my massage person and she was knowledgeable and capable of getting my tight muscles untwisted. Love the serene feeling as soon as you enter the spa. The greeting you receive immediately entering and the hospitality given is above and beyond. The facility is immaculate and the wall of local businesses is a special touch. I have done the infrared sauna multiple times and can feel the difference after each session.
