Even men can enjoy some spa quality pampering! We found Lightly Salted due to Yelp and an event and my wife and I were sold immediately! We absoutely love this place! Lightly Salted is unique and very relaxing and fun. This is located in Lake Nona and definitely a place we will be going back to. You can register online and it was very simple. You will need to put a card down but you are not charged till your appointment. They also offer packages and memberships. My wife and I have only tried their salt room, but we will be doing it again. I don't know if we would get a membership just because of the location, it is a little far for us. If they opened one near our home, in Winter Garden, sign up right up! What a great experience this was. This was the first time for my wife and I, to a Lightly Salted. As soon I entered the building I can honestly say it didn't take too long to feel calm. Checking in for our Salt Room was seamless. The person checking my wife and I in was absolutely polite, informative about Lightly Salted and offered us water. We did chose to do the salt room and let me say that was fantastic. I felt like we were essentially transported elsewhere. This is a room with 4 chairs, you have to take your shoes off since the ground is also salt. You sit down and are given a blanket and tissues. Once the session starts, the lights go down and you can hear the salt being sprayed into the air and the room. It is not a private session, so you might have others in the room with you, but everyone has their own chair. To say I was in zen mode is an understatement. My sinuses were absolutely clear afterwards. You might taste the salt a little bit and you might start to sneeze but the salt is very good for you. All in all I definitely want to return and do a full day. You are there in the room for about 45 minutes, by far not long enough, but it is probably all you need to get the benefits. Im sure the more you go, the better you feel. We definitely left salty (black pants are a no no) but we really enjoyed it. read more

Who doesn't love a spa day and this was so unique and fun! This is located in Lake Nona and definitely a place we will be going back to. Registering was super simple, even when we needed to adjust our time day of. It was super easy and there were no issues. You will need to put down a credit card when booking. Since it was our first time, we choose the salt room. They also have saunas and massages. Both my husband and I do not enjoy the heat so we chose the salt room. I have read there are amazing benefits with salt rooms so we were very excited to try it. We were greeted when we arrived and waited about 10 minutes before getting to head to the room. There is some merchandise for sale in the waiting area and they also have water. The room itself is salt so we had to remove our shoes and wear booties. Each room had about 4 chairs with a foot rest to put your legs up. I would have liked the chair to go back a little and I think it did but I couldn't figure it out and was trying to be quiet for the other guest that joined us. We were completely unsure of what happened and I really questioned if the room we entered we just sat there. We were given a little instructions such as your eyes might run or nose and what the benefits of the salt room was. Once it started the lights dimed and this loud blower started. This is what was blowing out the salt. It is such a fine mist you really do not feel it, however I did start to taste a little salt. It was extremely relaxing, I think I fell asleep for a few minutes. After we were covered, white powder on our clothes and our shoes were totally white with salt. I would recommend not wearing dark colors! But overall I loved this experience and I cant wait to go back and do it again! read more

The Spa is clean and so cute. They have water but we came with our water bottles since we were going into the sauna and needed to stay hydrated. We had two people in the infrared sauna and it felt very comfortable. I don't think I would want more than two people but you can absolutely fit three people in there. We loved that you can play your own music and you can change the light as well. We kept it on the red light for majority of the session and then switched to dark blue for the last 15 minutes. The cherry on top is the cold eucalyptus towels that are in the mini fridge and it felt so good after being in the sauna. Our sauna got up to about 130 degrees and was perfect to get a good sweat going Would highly recommend this place and doing the sauna. We felt great afterwards and relaxed all day. I have not seen a massage room that also had salt therapy so that was smart and would love to do that next time. read more

I experienced my 1st Spa treatment while enjoying one of their salt therapy rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful explaining what to expect and how it works. The treatment took about 45min. They pump in a salt powder through a port in the wall during the duration of the therapy. At time your nose will sting a little bit and you may feel some buildup in your nose and throat come loose but that's all part of the process. I was given mesh booties to protect my shoes from the salt on the floor as well as tissues should any drainage become excessive. I was also given a blanket should I become cold. They have ambient lighting and nature sounds playing in the room for the duration. It was a very calming experience and I felt that I was well informed by the staff of what to expect. They offer a wide variety of therapies and treatments there and I hope to come back and enjoy other options. 10 out of 10 for relaxation and the staff was great!! read more

My favorite massuse is Anna, intuitive in problem solving for knots & pain relief. Don't get me wrong there are other massage therapist there that are just as great depending the type of pressure or technique your looking for. And last but not least Gabby is always friendly and accommodating very warm and friendly. And if your looking for acupuncture Tasha is your definitely go to she is also amazing. Lightly Salted was my first salt room experience and I wasn't really sure what to expect. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. She gave us a quick run down and showed us to our room. The room was dimly lit with salt on the floor and leather recliners. Once inside a fine mist of salt started filling the room. I was not expecting this so I was a bit surprised. I could feel my sinuses opening up and pressure relief. We sat in the room for I think 30 (?) minutes just relaxing and chatting. It was dimly lit so it was a wonderfully relaxing environment. Going into this I kind of felt like salt rooms were a hoax but after one session I'm definitely a believer in it's benefits! I'm currently pregnant so I plan to return to help alleviate some of my pregnancy symptoms. read more

Salt rooms have been a service that I'm seeking for popping up all around the Orlando area. Lightly Salted had popped up a few times in my Instagram algorithm so I figured I'd check it out to start my weekend off right! I've heard that halotherapy does great things for your skin, mood, and sleep just to name a few things! I booked the salt room service which allows for 45 minutes of relaxation in one of their salt rooms. A blanket is provided along with shoe covers to keep you from tracking salt out with you, and there are cubby holes for your bag or anything else you don't want to get salt on. The girl at the front was very helpful in explaining how it all works and the benefits of utilizing a salt room. Once I was inside I kicked back in one of their reclining chairs and almost dozed off, it was so relaxing! I felt like I was at a super fancy spa or even out at the beach with how fresh the air was in there! My sinuses felt clear by the end of it and I felt energized and at peace. As I checked out I ended up buying some essential oils since they sell the brand I use all the time! I would definitely like to come back and try out some of their other services like the massage with the Himalayan salt rocks! This place was well worth it! read more
