Our dog that I advised has been in seizures for 9 hours.
    Stephen K.

Our dog was in need of medical attention on a Sunday. We drove across town to be there at 9:00am when they open. The staff arrived late and when we advised how grave our dog was there was no compassion. The office personnel advised that the doctor doesn't come in until 11:30. Why advertise hours as 9:00am if you can't have a Dr there to see the animals. The dimwit office staff said we can make you an appointment for 1:00pm. Our dog would have been dead by then. The owner needs to update their website to reflect hours of operation and hours when an actual vet will be present. Thanks for nothing

My little guy genuinely loves coming here for his birthday checkup each year :-)

I've been taking my 8 year old Yorkie here his whole life, Dr. Qasim and his technicians are incredible! They are so caring and gentle, I actually started taking my doggie here on his birthday each year for his checkups because he genuinely loves coming to this vet! The technicians show you a full breakdown estimate of your charges before they do any work on your pet, so you're not surprised at the cash register. They always have very fair and affordable prices. After your pet goes home, they will call you the following day to make sure your pet is okay and to see if you have questions. Best vet and best technicians ever!

They were able to get me seen with an appointment after calling in an hour and it took an hour to be seen by the doctor. Dr. Qasim was very kind and even though there wasn't anything he could do to help my 3 week old puppy he gave us contact information for a surgeon and advice on helping our puppy. Definitely recommend him and all the workers were very kind. He didn't even charge us for the visit since he couldn't do much to help which most vets would take advantage of!

The female hates her feet being touched, and hates new people. Kathy has a special touch- let me tell you! First time there Kathy spent some time with the female dog and got her to trust her the quickest I have ever seen. She was able to get the trails trimmed and even worked on trimming the hair. Next two visits she worked on more trust and than brought out the drill to grind the nails. This was a big step! This trip today Kathy was able to file the nails and shave the paw pads WITHOUT ANY accidents or my dog getting scared! My female dog is so fearful that at the vets (which I have brought all my dogs too for the last 26 years) she has shown teeth and has to be muzzled for the last 2 years. NOT here, not at Runway Pet Groomers! The store owner/manager always is nice and giver my dog space to build trust. Kathy is special, as is this location. My male dog is a ball of energy and just wants to love and run around the whole time. They handle him with care, because he will try to jump off the bench to see the other dogs and people. They do not yell, scold or tighten the lead or choke him to comply. Rather, they give him attention and work at his pace. His nails are blackened and hard to see the quick, and he has NEVER come back with a cut or bleeding. Unlike other places I have taken him. You can see other groomers and other dogs through the windows, and none of them seem like they want flee the area. There's toys, treats and food items to purchase should you choose. Overall, the prices are good for the area and the staff are great with dogs. I won't take them anyplace else!

She's always patient and caring and empathetic. I had to take him in about a week ago because he started limping really badly on his back left leg and she immediately did a examination on him concluded that nothing was broken, but that it was a really bad sprain and she was 100% right! He has slowly been working it out and he's walking much better now. But during that time - I also saw her get emotional because his tumor has grown a little bit and she cares so much for the pets she cares for. I also love that the office is open the first weekend of the month as well.

Having someone like her run the business, she will run the business to the ground . They try to bait and switch In every scenario. I have my pet who gets treated by central Florida cardiology for his cardiac needs. Dr Shah Lied and said that this particular Vet is not a Cardiologist. Upon research, I found that in fact, he is a Cardiologist. The reason for her lies is because she supposedly teams up with a cardiology team from Miami and she recommended that I use them instead. I set up an appointment for my dog, and the practice manager has No clue where the Cardiologist that they supposedly use are coming from. Come to find out my dog was set up for a echogram by someone who does sonograms who is not a Cardiologist and Dr. Shah receives kickbacks for recommending this non-qualifed individual. I requested a call back from the vet a couple days ago and never heard anything back from her . They are Scam artists!!! Stay far away!!!! The information in the response from Wendy only validates my experience. I am fully aware of what the definition of slander is working in the legal field for many years. I would encourage Wendy to reframe from talking about legal terminology without any legal understanding. The first amendment permits freedom of speech and I have full right to write a review based on my experience without being threatened as a response. I have looked back at other bad reviews about this business and every time a bad review is written Wendy threatens slander. The information provided in her response was not provided during our conversations. I have proof of texts in writing as evidence. It appears Wendy has now done research after the fact to appear more knowledgeable in her response here. It is my first amendment right to inform the public of the terrible business practices of this veterinary practice.

Well this pains me to write this review but right is right and wrong is just wrong…read more.. We have followed Luvncares advise for all of our animals for meds, surgery, routine care etc. including to purchase a Free Style Libre for our diabetic cat. We did not ask for this device meaning this was advised from the Vet. Vet said this would be best instead of poking our cat to monitor his blood. We picked up the 2 sensors from Publix for $80. We had Luvncare install the sensor for $40 to be sure it was done correctly, although Vet said we could do it ourselves. The sensor was giving issues from day one. On day 8 the sensor stopped working all together. It is supposed to work for 14 days. My BF called Freestlye but they would not warranty the item since it was used on an animal. I called Freestyle the next day and got the exact same answer from a different rep. Rep said the FDA has not approved the unit in animals and to take up with our vet. So we did... since LUVNCARE is prescribing a device in a way the company will not guarantee we felt they should be responsible to replace the device. We didn't think it's not our responsibility to check up on our vet. The vet DIDN'T know the FDA does not approve the unit which is alarming. We trusted Luvncare for many surgeries all our pets care etc. We are talking about $40 which clearly after the thousands of dollars we spent just in the last month, never mind the money since we started there - $40 is really nothing to us. This is about accountability. We feel Luvncare should have advised us it's not authorized in pets and let us make that decision- instead they represented the unit as ok. Why should a patient have to think to ask the vet if they will have a warranty on a sensor the vet is prescribing? Long story short... We respectfully asked for 2nd sensor that came in pack to be installed for free and a $40 credit. Vet installed 2nd sensor for free. REFUSED to give us a $40 credit for bad sensor. We wasted 90 minutes on phone with Freestyle and felt this could have been avoided had they been upfront so $40 for 90 minutes of our time was not being unreasonable... Worst business decision I've ever seen from any business in my ENTIRE LIFE. We understand the sensor not working was not their fault but if they are going to use something off label, be open about it. We trusted Luvncare and were very happy until this last visit but if they don't stand behind their decisions, sadly we can no longer recommend them. We had wrote several great reviews on multiple channels to help them as I had seen multiple bad reviews. Now sadly we will be posting our unfortunate experience so others know to steer clear of this practice. Clearly $40 was more important than our business. Take your business to a vet who is honest and accountable with what they prescribe...

We were able to leave him in the dog stroller on some rides and others we just popped him into the cage. He happily sat and waited for us. Because we had the quick line pass he did not have to wait long. The cages are in small rooms or behind curtains at the front of the line. I would recommend anyone nervous about it to trust me when I say your dog will be safe for the small amount of time they have to wait.

I called him ahead of time and asked if we were able to provide electronic copies of our dog's vaccination records. He was kind and helpful at the front desk and made us feel at ease. We came back to the kennel mid-day to walk our pet and let him run around on the grass area adjacent to the facility. Now, the pick up is why I am giving this kennel service a 1-Star rating. Per the the contract, we had to pick up our dog at 11:00PM. This was no issue as the parks closed at 9:00PM and we wanted to get a bite to eat afterwards at CityWalk. After we already ordered, my husband called the kennel at 9:05PM and make sure we had until 11:00PM. The last representative on-duty said he was heading out EARLY. My husband asked "if we don't make it in time, will we not be able to get him?" and the rep said YES. Absolutely no heads up - wouldn't have known if we hadn't chosen to call FIRST. So in panic, we had to pay now and get our food to go. Disloyal to the contract and a total inconvenience. I bolted back to the kennel, and found that the door was locked at 9:24PM. As a pet owner, you can imagine the feeling. A sign was placed on the front desk that the representative was "checking on our dog or out back cleaning"..... to which neither was true. Our dog was completely unattended. I called the kennel line and the security line multiple times provided on the phone outside and got no answer. After waiting and waiting, the representative came up on a golf cart, entered the facility through a side door, and unlocked the front door from the inside. He then walked away as if we didn't see me the whole time. He did not try to explain himself or apologize - instead rudely asked me "pick up name?". I got my dog and got out of there. We will not be returning.
