First time taking our pup here. Establishing him as a new patient was a breeze. Staff up front was friendly. The doctor and his tech were thorough and informative. Made us feel at ease and cared for. They answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns. It's evident they enjoy their profession. Pricing was fair.

I tend to move a lot, and finding a decent vet is always a challenge. I was recommended by a friend to check out Downtown Pet Hospital when one of my dogs came down with pancreatitis. They were so accommodating to my short notice appointment request. Both of my dogs are now seen there, and I couldn't be happier. I feel so comfortable taking them there, and I know they will always be getting the best care possible. The staff is very caring, friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and you can tell that they love what they do.

As a pet mom, I definitely recommend Downtown Pet Hospital! All the staff were really friendly and very loving to my little Ollie. I felt like I was given more than enough information and even talked through possibilities for future scenarios.. it's really nice to have a proactive vet!! We also got the sweetest card in the mail after our visit. Aside from great service and staff, there's plenty of parking and the facilities were super clean!

They have Always been nothing but kind and gracious to my baby Reggie! Reggie hates going to the vet, but he is in good hands here! They are always able to take him at short notice and are able to offer him the best treatment possible. Many vets act like a business, but downtown pet hospital runs like a family!

They go above and beyond to make both pets (and pet parents) comfortable. While a flower delivery and sympathy card weren't on our mind from the vet, that's just a single example of the thought that is behind everything they do. They truly are a class act and perfect example of compassionate service in Orlando. I send all of my friends here when they're in the market for a new vet. Not only are the doctors kind and thorough, but the techs and front desk staff are what really make the difference. They get to know you and your pet and are always rooting for your furry companions. I fully believe they are a large reason why my girls have lived so long - they do routine bloodwork and have caught so many underlying issues throughout the last 6 years between the 2 of our girls (high blood pressure, hyperthyroid, all the things you don't think of for a cat). We've shed a lot of tears in Garden Vet recently, and I want to thank the whole team for taking such good care of Darla and us. Grief is not linear, and can be absolutely overwhelming. We're still healing, but we know Darla was in the best hands.

From the moment we walked into 4 Paws Animal Clinic, I knew we made the right choice. Dr. Bert was amazing -- thorough, patient, and incredibly kind. She took the time to really get to know Diesel, performed a very detailed exam, and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. That level of care meant so much to me. I also truly appreciate how calm and organized the clinic is. Not having a crowded lobby full of animals made such a difference for Diesel, who tends to get very anxious in those situations. In the past, we would have to wait in the car until called in, so this was such a refreshing experience. You can genuinely tell that everyone there cares deeply about animals and has a true passion for what they do. My only downside was the pricing of ProHeart. I've never paid more than $180 for the 12-month ProHeart injection for my 89lb dog with my previous vet in Miami, so being quoted $350 felt significantly higher than what I was used to especially he weighed less at 84lbs. That was the only surprise for me that was very unfortunate and resulted in me having to switch diesel to TriHeart. Overall, the experience, compassion, and quality of care were excellent, and we're very happy to have found them in Orlando. 5 Star Service/Quality Care 4 Star for Pricing

Dr Mansour has been someone I can trust to do a thorough exam and in tough times share the honest truth about my dogs condition. If you take your pets here on a regular basis, the shots are competitive to clinics offered at Walgreens and pet stores, except your pet is seen by a real Vet. They take appointments and also walk ins. My dog had a serious illness and the office was closed when he was so bad that I had to put him to sleep. Even though they did not handle this part of my pet's lifecycle, they sent me a nice sympathy card. They have their own pet's you might see while visiting the clinic. Recently I met a lady in the waiting room. She was fostering an animal for a rescue and shared how the staff had been attentive and helped her even though the charity was not understanding the animal's issues. Reasons why I recommend this Vet Clinic: 1) Years of experience 2) They will help work you in if they can the same day you contact them 3) Caring staff that have a customer and pet first attitude. They have the chart out and address you and the Pet by name. 4) In the age where you can do a lot of tests, they try to help you and obtain the tests that are necessary. When they feel additional testing is required, they present the options and possible outcomes to help you decide. I love that they take the time with each pet owner. I know another reviewer was not happy with an experience but I find that they do fact based diagnosis. I did get a new dog and before they saw her they asked that I bring any available vaccination and documentation so that we would not redo shots and they could pick the best treatment plan. If you are looking for a great Vet choose Michigan Street. It looks like a small building from the street, but it serves a staff with a big heart. They offer overnight care and surgery as well.

You never rushed us, you explained things with patience, and you handled every situation with such gentleness and respect. Because of you, my dog's final years were filled with dignity and love, and I was able to face difficult decisions knowing we were in the best possible hands. You made me feel confident in every decision I made even the hardest ones. I also want to extend my gratitude to the entire staff. It was so meaningful that so many of you would pop into the room just to greet Ezra, even when you weren't working with him that day.
