What a disappointment! I brought in my phone for repair after it got wet and wouldn't take a charge. Was told it needed a new charging port and given a price to replace. I picked up my phone two hours later and paid the price given to replace the charging port. Took it home, and the phone still wasn't working. Brought it back and was told it needed a chip replacement for an additional $120. I took the phone for a second opinion to a reputable repair shop. They opened it up in front of me and showed the original, factory charging port was still in the phone (photo attached) and no evidence that the phone had even been opened before. The part was replaced by the new company and the phone has worked great ever since. read more

We took my daughter's 6th generation iPod for a screen replacement , it was working fine other than the broken screen , we noticed the next day after we pick up the iPod that the front camera wasn't working. We went back and they said since we didn't notice right away they wouldn't do anything to make it right. I had to take it to another place and pay to get it fixed. read more

Wow this place is terrible. I had a small piece of paper in the charging port and asked if they could fix it. The guy wasn't there and I waited a few minutes for him to come in. When he did he fixed my phone in less than 1 minute and they told me it was $25. At no point did the disclose a cost prior to working on my phone. I wasn't expecting it to be free but give me a heads up. If you do decide to go here...ASK HOW MUCH. This is the equivalent of a gas station charging you $25 for air in your tires What an unethical business. To reiterate from stores response - no prices were posted at that time. I looked. We brought in our i6 for repair. We had already taken it to sprint AND Apple. This place was the only one that attempted to fix the antenna. It couldn't be done but they didn't charge us. This is now the 3rd time Ive broken my screen and had to get it repaired first 2 times i went to U break I fix and they charged well over $150 to fix my screen but I noticed some glitches after the repair. This place charged WAY LESS THAN $150 and FIXED the glitches on my phone, sound is way better now and I can tell the quality of the glass they replaced is better. We took our HTC on 24th of February. The owner promised to keep us posted and have the phone ready within a week. He said he had to order the part and when it came in TWO weeks later it was defected. He made the same broken promises and ordered a new screen. Come to realize he was ordering from China to save money and causing extended time in delivery. We went to his store and we're upset about the lack of communication, broken promises, and demanded a refund. Every time we brought a valid reasoning he made an excuse and tried to blame us! He finally agreedecided to refund but he was to keep a portion of the money. We can to a compromise but we will never go back. He repair shop across Walmart in Bridgeview has outstanding communication and delivers as promised. read more

I took my Samsung phone here about a month ago because it was in a continuous bootloop and wouldn't turn off. Initially they said that they could easily fix it by doing a factory reset, but the next day it turns out I needed a new motherboard. I trusted the technician and let him order a replacement motherboard. He said it would be ready in about 4 days and also offered me a very good price. About 3 WEEKS LATER, it turns out they couldn't fix my phone. They kept promising that it would be ready "in a couple of days", when that day came they did not call me to notify me about the status of my phone and were very slow in responding to me. They told me that the replacement motherboard took this long to ship and it's not their problem. I would have gladly paid for overnight shipping had I known this was the case. This whole process just seemed very suspicious to me and when I came to collect my phone they told me that they were not able to fix it. The technician explained that my service provider is not compatible with the motherboard he ordered even though I told him what my service provider was in the beginning. He told me that he was going to order another motherboard and that it would take another week. I had lost hope in this place and did not understand why he didn't order the correct motherboard in the first place?! This made absolutely no sense and it shouldn't have taken 3 weeks. The technician at this place may seem very nice at first and appears to have great reviews from others, but this place really let me down. At least they didn't charge me for my phone. read more

-10 This should be a -10 rating as this place is a total shame! They can fix screens yes which anyone who watches YouTube can do. First off they sell me things charge me 50 bucks phone still doesn't work I don't even leave the store give it back to them they have the phone for two days no phone calls no customer service and then they turn around and tell me after I have to call them that it's $90 more on top of it and it wasn't the battery which I paid for first it was the motherboard...and that takes three days to fix. It takes less time to fix an automobile. And you get an argument instead of a return for items you purchased and never needed because there a small business. Totally disgusted with the service, will NEVER go back again and Will never refer anybody there quite the opposite ! read more
