Your children might be protected because they're covered by herd protection but you should definitely look at pictures of the diseases the vaccines are protecting you against. Also I would rethink your decision because San Diego is filled with immigrant's and tourists or traveling. Anyone who doesn't vaccinate is putting the safty of the public and their child at risk.
