The birthday girl sang Diljit Dosanjh. It is synced to YouTube which took a minute for us to figure out, but further expanded the catalogue. For the bottle service, they gave us 2 bottles of Espolòn and some juices which carried us through the night. For our appetizers, we had fries and buffalo chicken bites. They were very, very basic and came in a checkered basket. Also, we brought a birthday cake and the staff kindly helped us to present the cake with sparklers. We had a lovely time and would highly recommend for a birthday party if you have the means! Given the price though, I took 1 star for the food and for only having 2 employees working. I'm not sure when the promo will end, so call ahead to check! I'll preface by saying I have been to a lot of the other karaoke places in Chinatown. The rooms were clean and the furniture was better quality than some other places. The TV screen is HUGE, which is a plus. Aside from the lounge seats there were also little Ottomans for people to sit on and move around, so we moved those out of the way when people were dancing in front of the TV. Keep in mind that if your room is as full as ours was it is hard to dance and sing while reading the lyrics on the screen unless you moved around haha. At one point in time we tried changing the A/C temperature, but unfortunately I don't think we could change it. The karaoke system is very similar to the Chinese system used at the other places, but I didn't like that we couldn't fast forward through long intros, turn up the mic volume, or even turn up the background music beyond 20 on the screen...maybe their system could do those things, but the employee wasn't able to show us lol (at other places employees gave a better orientation). Still, can't beat that promo price and I like that it's located on the 2nd floor of Chinatown Square!

The faucets didn't match, they had bottles of soap on the counters instead of in the proper dispensers AND of course no paper towel. Mind you, this was all on a Thursday night and there was NO ONE here! No excuse for terrible TERRIBLE SERVICE and a mismanaged bathroom. To be clear, the only reason why we came here was because the place we planned to go to was closed due to a plumbing issue. DO NOT COME HERE!!!! Save your money and sanity.
