Came downstairs on a Sunday morning to take my dogs for a walk and was very unpleasantly surprised to find our garage flooding. Apparently the part in our washer that's supposed to stop water from flowing into it when it's not in use had broken, so water was just gushing out from the bottom of the machine. My Bosch dishwasher door had a broken spring. This company responded quickly, came next day and already had the part in stock. Price was reasonable, and made it worthwhile fixing rather than upgrading to a new dishwasher. I'm glad I didn't try this repair myself, the dishwasher was stuck in there with a hidden screw someone put in that was too deep to hold up something inside the kitchen cabinet and poked the dishwasher making it stuck. I would have never found that, and knowing me my DIY would end up ruining both the dishwasher and the cabinet, which would be a disaster for me since I'm pretty sure that would lead to a full kitchen remodel. read more
