My Bosch dishwasher door had a broken spring. This company responded quickly, came next day and already had the part in stock. Price was reasonable, and made it worthwhile fixing rather than upgrading to a new dishwasher. I'm glad I didn't try this repair myself, the dishwasher was stuck in there with a hidden screw someone put in that was too deep to hold up something inside the kitchen cabinet and poked the dishwasher making it stuck. I would have never found that, and knowing me my DIY would end up ruining both the dishwasher and the cabinet, which would be a disaster for me since I'm pretty sure that would lead to a full kitchen remodel. read more

Victor is one honest guy. I requested service for my GE Profile fridge. Victor showed up on time (actually called if he could come early). Immediately he diagnosed the issue and informed me that only GE themselves could fix the problem and that he did not feel comfortable to "experiment" on my fridge. On top of that he refused to accept any payment as he put it: " I do not charge if I do not work". That kind of honesty goes a long way in business. P.s. GE came and informed me that parts are no longer available. They recharged my fridge with freon and said that the leak is so small that the repair would last at least a year or two.
