Keith arrived within the hour, walked around to see what work needed to be done, and gave me a fair estimate. He was able to schedule the work within just a couple of days, called the night before to confirm the appointment, and the five member crew arrived precisely on time. They were hard-working and professional and finished the job in about an hour. Clean up was EXCELLENT! They ground the stumps, mulched debris, and raked and smoothed the surfaces so well you'd never know there was ever a tree there. I highly recommend them!!

Several other companies had told us "nope" because of the trees' locations (we also had power lines to deal with), but Keith came out several times and walked the site with us and came up with a plan. He also suggested we wait until the ground froze- I'm SO glad he did! The equipment (they had to use a giant crane) didn't damage the lawn or landscaping at all. The team showed up early, got everything set up quickly, and got straight to work. I think they ended up taking down around 20 trees using the crane- watching the crew at work was very impressive! They team was on site for two days, and they were all super professional, very friendly, and worked very hard the whole time. The results are amazing- our yard looks like it doubled in size, and the sunshine is already coming in. SNH Tree's team did an incredible clean up job- I swear they picked up every branch and pine needle that fell. They took care of all the logs, brought their own chipper and took care of the chips, etc. You'd never know that they were here, except for the trees being gone! And they even used their bobcat to scrape our driveway of all the ice (thank you!!). When I was home, I had a large tree cut down in my back yard on June 17. They cut a hole in my vinyl fence with the chain saw. I called the main #781-518-8014 and was told to text pictures. I also emailed the pics to eastcoasttree@outlook.com No one was getting back to me. I called Kevin Yore 781-628-8126 and left a message. He left me a massage on June 30 that he wasn't aware of this and would talk to the boss Tom Fitzpatrick and get this taken care of right away. Yet he saw the pics the day before on email. I have left several messages on the phone and through email almost daily for 3.5 weeks and have gotten no response or resolution. Tom FitzPatrick and his company East Coast Tree are a disreputable company. do not hire them!! I wish I could add pictures here.
