They took up the old and laid new stone and paved and did an awesome job. There are a lot of people that will say the Gipses screw you and that is the farthest from the truth they are all great hard working people.

A couple of guys came to do the job, including the "Boss"? Very cocky attitude, tried to tell me that spot had been repaired before, the drive way was totally redone about 10 years ago. It was completely taken out, dug up and new foundation and asphalt was put down. The "boss" Insisted I was wrong. Instead of layers, they filled the entire hole with asphalt, knowing this is what is done for potholes, and that you know in a few months the potholes came back, I questioned it. He states they give it a one year guarantee. If it doesn't last a year, why in the world would anyone call the same company to fix it? Then I wanted to pay with my debit card, they did not have the capability, so they wanted to write down the info on a piece of paper???? No way. Then the "Boss" said no problem, he would take a picture of my card. Not only naive, but completely clueless on safety protocols for credit info. one week later, 2 of the employees came back with the machine. Did they come to my door, no they called me to come to the truck. At which point, neither one of them had the faintest idea how to use it, they had to call their office. By now, it was pouring rain and I went back to the house and waited. Very unorganized, clueless and rude company. Please don't make the same mistake I did.

We had a blank slate to work with when we decided to create a parking area off our driveway. He kept in communication with us before, during, and after the project, even meeting with us on a Saturday to provide an estimate and ensure the project was completed in a timely manner. We needed the parking area completed before the hardscape we plan to have installed next to the parking area. George did us a favor and did the job a few days after we expected the estimate. Throughout the process, George explained every step, including grinding and grading. The crew ensured that the grade was spot-on and showed us how the water ran away from the house. We were impressed when we asked a crew member how long he had been with Stan, and he told us he had been working for them for over 30 years. The project was completed on time, and the quality and workmanship were outstanding. The crew even spread the extra loom around the parking area, which we were not expecting, and we were thoroughly impressed with their work. We have decided to have them come back in May to seal our existing driveway. Thank you!

Our old driveway had a big ditch at the entry, which is at the top of a hill. In the winter, we had multiple delivery trucks slide sideways and get stuck. They tore out the old driveway, filled in the huge ditch, and improved the overall look by bringing it right to the landscaping features which had been added after the original driveway. It was so nice to be able to have the entire project completed so quickly, and it looks great!
