Berlin's shop was very experienced, carefully reviewed the scope and quoted prior to doing the work so I could prioritize and schedule services accordingly. I am very happy with the work quality, the shop interaction and value is unmatched. I have owned and driven BMWs and Hondas on the south shore for over 30 years and I am grateful for the quality and integrity of this shop!! The owner is professional, experienced and invested in his work and service level and value is far above the level of service at my Honda and BMW dealers where the past few years particularly dealer mis-diagnosing and overselling services is standard, ie last year when I simply needed a new battery from autozone on my Honda CRV the dealer diagnosed a $2,500 bs job which I declined. BMW dealer diagnostic and repair quote was also totally nuts, but that's par for the BMW service course so you need to establish a great independent service shop and Berlins Garage works for both vehicles.

Looking at the other reviews, they tend to make claims of oil leaks with other people as well. Luckily, I took their estimate straight to Porsche and Porsche assessed my vehicle. Despite them pulling up a Carfax for my vehicle they failed to recommend one service that was due and recommended several other services that had just been done in the last year and were not due. Do they not think that people will seek out a second opinion? I guess they assumed I would just trust them and give them $6000.00. I recommend anyone who goes here. They robbed me ($270 for a 4 mile tow) and the woman on the phone took 20 minutes worth of information (literally 20 minutes) even had me send her a pin from Google Maps but apparently told the driver nothing. I got four texts telling me how close the driver was and they were all lies. I didn't know anything until the driver called to tell me how far away he was. This was a terrible experience. I have a 2011 Cadillac SRX so I have spent hundreds over the years to maintain my vehicle. Before I had my car towed I called the dealer and they were going to charge me almost $200 just to look at the car. I had the car towed to my house till I could decide what to do. The tow truck driver recommended Mullen Auto which is about 1/4 mile from my house. I checked their reviews and called them immediately. They could not look at my car for two weeks but I was willing to wait. I had my car towed to Mikes garage and they even looked at it a little sooner than planned. It was a starter motor! Since the check engine light was involved I thought for sure it was the transmission. I have been in Pembroke for over 40 years and have never brought my vehicles to Mikes garage. He now has a new lifetime customer!!! Incredible service, reasonable prices, great organized and clean operation. Mike is a great example of how a business should be run! I think that Andy's tow truck driver was sent my way for a reason.
