I went online to book an oil change appt for 4pm. They called and said they could not take me at 4 and could I come and drop off my car at 12:30 instead. I did. Went back at 4 to pick up my car and they just started on it. Rude but whatever. Then on my way home, my ground effect and something underneath my car flew off on the highway. They did not screw something back properly. Went back in the morning, and the manager Dave told me I hit something on the highway. I DID NOT. After going back and forth with no and him saying it's not their fault. I left, with my damaged car. Call the district manager, left a message and guess what... no call back. I feel if I were a man, I would have atleast received an apology. Instead, I was told I hit something on the highway... Horrible customer service and I will make sure I tell everyone I know to never go there if they value their car. read more

The absolute worst place to bring your car. They take forever, the parts they use are aftermarket and they charge for OEM parts. Went in 2 days later after they fixed my car and the issue still was happening and they wouldn't warranty It out or fix It. The mechanics have zero knowledge about cars. They overcharge customers for shitty service. Do not bring your car here at all. read more

Brought our car in for an oil change and they took less than 2 hours day of on a Saturday no appointment. Extremely great service and super clean facility. Also filled up our tires. All in was less than $100. Also recommended things we should look into for the car - HIGHLY RECOMMEND read more

Today I took my car here to get serviced. I scheduled to have my oil changed, an inspection done, and my coolant temperature sensor replaced. I dropped my car off and headed to work. Got a call from the receptionist about 4 hours after dropping my car there, saying that she has a lot of stuff to go over with me. I went to pick up my car and she gives me a laundry list of services needed. The invoice was so long, after leaving and overlooking it I realized I was overcharged multiple times for the same service. Overall the receptionist quoted me over $4,000 to fix everything. The staff were nice, but it's hard to find a trustworthy car shop. Most always take advantage of people like me who don't know any different and trust the professionals. read more

After buying tires here, one tire had a slow leak. Stopped in to have tire fixed on a Saturday and was told that they were too busy. We as sked if we needed an appointment for the following Wednesday, was told no appontment needed, just come becase Wednesday is slow. When we got there around noon, was told again that they were too busy. Don't buy tires here if you expect service. read more

I cannot say enough about Marshfield Tire and Auto and Joe especially for taking care of my parents whose car recently died near exit 12 in Marshfield. My parents were driving up from the Cape when their fuel pump went and Joe took it upon himself to provide a quick solution to take care of the car. He had it fixed within 24 hours and even provided my parents with a loaner car to aid them in getting where they needed to go. I usually have my car serviced at a shop in Plymouth but decided to give marshfield tire a try since it is closer to where I live. When I called I requested a sat afternoon appt to mount and balance two front tires and have a 4 wheel alignment done. The gentelman told me 1 o'clock was available and it would take roughly an hour and a half. On Saturday I called in the morning to see if I could drop off a little later because I was running behind. The person I talked to this time told me there was no appt because they close at noon, which i found odd because on the website it says they are open until 4. He then prompted me to call another business down the street and hung up. Later about 2:15 I decided to drive by marshfield tire to my amazement they were clearly open ,cars in bays , working. Needless to say my business will be staying in Plymouth. read more

if you live in the marshfield area this is the tire and service center for you....i have been coming here since moving here a year ago, the place is so clean and modern everyone working there seems happy and friendly ...... even when i go for just an oil change when my car is finished they pull it to the front door of the store for me.... no walking through the parking lot......thats customer service... read more

i recently had my car towed to marshfield tire as i am a aaa member and they recommended this location....my car was running poorly and felt i should not drive it any more....it was towed to this location in the morning and i received a call that afternoon that i had two bad spark plug wires and the cost was $97.00 to repair it ......plus i got my aaa discount off that......such a bargain i could have paid five times that elsewhere and i would have never known...... they are honest people glad i am a aaa member and found them. thank you!!! read more
