After going back and forth with no and him saying it's not their fault. I left, with my damaged car. Call the district manager, left a message and guess what... no call back. I feel if I were a man, I would have atleast received an apology. Instead, I was told I hit something on the highway... Both excellent classy car dealers. While Lawless valued my trade in at 4k (absurdly low), I got a value of 7k here which was amazing. I ended up getting a brand new 2020 Compass and couldn't have been happier with it. Tear helped me finance it and get a good rate at that. He took care of all the ins and outs. I was able to drive away with my new car the same day (took a while and required some luck but it was worth it) and they even did the inspection sticker on site. A few days after my first repair, my car started making a terrible sound in the front end and I brought it back. It was not a problem that was caused by anything they did- it was from bad service from a nearby Subaru facility- which I knew bringing it in. They unattached and reattached the tires free of charge and sent me on my way! I will ABSOLUTELY go back.
