Their new location provides a ton of free street and neighborhood parking. If you don't have a car, they're right next to a bus stop on Armitage, so convenience is still there. I now look at my life a lot differently after talking with him so many times. I am sad he moved away, but I am happy for him, and I am so glad I put in many hours of hard work with Michael. One of the things that sticks with me from our sessions is his gentle prodding to get me to understand and describe how I physically feel when talking about upsetting or uplifting emotional feelings. Where do I feel it? How does it feel. The words "bad" or "good" just weren't descriptive enough, and he encouraged me to more fully process my feelings.
