After about 5 hours, still no tow truck. We understand such delays in this horrible weather, but it was a long wait. A woman from AAA called & apologized for the delay, explaining that something must have happened with the tow service that was supposed to arrive at 4 & that she would call to see if she could locate another tow service. 30+ minutes later, after making multiple calls to locate one, she called with the good news that one had been located & would arrive soon. At 6:01am City Wide 24 Hour Towing came to the rescue, after having called twice to let us know he was arriving soon. By 6:20 the car had already been carefully & expertly pulled out & unloaded onto the street. He even came to the door & helped carry my sister's groceries to her car & she was able to leave & get back home at 6:21. By 6:27 he was able to leave, too. The tow truck driver/operator was so careful, efficient, helpful & polite ~ the best & nicest we've ever encountered.

He got the car on the flatbed and took it to our mechanic why ch he knew too. I can't express how nice Andy was. He was able to get the car to have power to roll the windows up. You always get worried working with any tow agency in terms of getting ripped off and bad overall experiences. But I called A2B, the dispatcher was very friendly over the phone, and did let us know they were backed up today and said it would be about an hour before someone could get to us (another company had already said it'd take them about 2 hours) and gave me a quote of under $100 all in to tow 5 miles. After confirming,, they took down my location, my destination, and my phone number. She then let me know I'd get a text letting my know when the driver was on their way and when they were 5 min out. Then I get an automated text confirming my tow. Less than 5 min later, a driver called me, to confirm my location, and get details on my car. Didn't have to wait an hour, great. I got a text saying he was on his way, then another text saying he was 5 min away. All in all, I waited about 20 min from calling to the driver arriving. The driver was super friendly, and very quick. The car got loaded onto the bed within 10 min of him showing up. I completed payment, which was the quoted price, and we were on our way. He took photos of the car before loading to confirm it's condition, loaded it, and was super quick to the garage we had the car towed to. I dare say he was faster than us. All I all it was super painless experience. I'm glad I took a change on A2B and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

The gentleman immediately got straight to work taking out our spare, inflating it and changing our tire. He then followed us to the nearest Walmart to get a new tire. Brandon from R & R immediately responded to my request via Yelp and text, giving me a quick quote and reassuring me that he could help. He arrived in under 40 minutes and solved my problem with ease! He even recommended I find a towel or sheet to catch any debris from the job, which showed how thoughtful and thorough he was.
