About the only good Chinese around here. Dragon Cuisine is surprisingly okay. It doesn't look like much from the inside and outside. Fast service and pretty friendly. They have typical food for better prices. Better than expected. It kind of looks like a typical gross Chinese takeout with the big pictures. The menu is the typical kind with numbers of the orders and stuff like that. Place actually has an okay smell and not like grease. There's a few indoor countertops and seats. I came in for lunch. They have some good specials. I had the Kung Pao Tofu from the lunch menu. It's about $6 for a pretty big portion. The tofu was kind of overcooked but it had spicy flavor and it has a pretty great smell. I could order from here again. It's cheap. The food and place is better than it looks so go here if you want cheap stuff with good taste. read more

Sooo...this place is frustrating. The food is good. But a few of their descriptions on Yelp are incorrect. For example, I order beef chow mein because the description said that it was a stir fried noodle dish. But what I got was beef, vegetable and rice. The food itself was pretty good but it's not what I wanted. Come to find out, I should have ordered the lo mein. And this isn't the first time this has happened. Then, when I called the restaurant the guy said the manager would call me back and that person never did. They also get orders wrong in general half the time. So grateful for this place! My friend and I were catching 11pm train but hadn't had dinner yet so we were starving. We searched online for places open around the train station, but everyone was closed earlier than posted (maybe due to covid), except this place. I got the Chinese with Garlic Sauce and devoured it. So minimum order is $15 for delivery. I add egg roll and wonton soup to my chicken and garlic sauce , requested extra spicy, to be delivered a mile. Order total $17.50, including a $3 delivery fee. I paid by card when I placed the order but added an extra $2 to the receipt when the driver arrived. It got there in a reasonable time and I went back to working on the house. Bland is the word of the day. Egg roll, bland. Soup, bland. Chicken and garlic sauce- bland. They did not make it spicy as requested and there was so little chicken and so much broccoli,but felt like l ordered broccoli and Garlic sauce. Very few mixed vegetables, very little chicken. Overall, very disappointed. Then to top it all off, even though I added $2 extra for tip, the total shows it to be $4. We ordered delivery on a Thursday night and within 45 mins we received everything we asked for piping hot. As a vegetarian, I am picky about my Chinese food. Everything we ordered here was nearly perfect, the oil tasted fresh, the vegetables with fried tofu was saucy and veggies cooked to perfection, fried rice was well seasoned, the spring roll nice and crispy, Lo Mein was a massive portion and delicious. Follow your nose - it always knows! Mid-afternoon on a Saturday, I stopped in for a quick, light bite to go: a small wonton soup. The horrible (slow, inattentive) service made this shabby cave with faded menu boards seem more authentic and actually raised my hopes that I had found a hidden gem of a restaurant. I was so wrong! If only I had Yelped first!!! The lid was not properly sealed so some of the broth sloshed inside of the take-out bag. The broth itself looked suspiciously dark brown and opaque; the warm vapor wafting from inside the soggy baggy smelled metallic yet earthy, like dirty feet. I have no idea how well the water quality in Wilmington is rated, but once I got back to my car, I forced myself to take a sip of the broth to be certain I wasn't missing something delicious, despite the odor. Lead, mercury, arsenic? Hard to say. I actually paused for a moment to consider if it would be littering or a creating a haz mat situation if I were to pour my small soup in the gutter. There was a friendly beat cop idly amusing himself with his night stick a half-block down-wind of me. Could he smell this 'soup' from where he was? The people that work there are very nice however I was very disappointed because I had my family visiting me here in Delaware from New York and we decided to order 4 subs 3 turkey and one ham. The turkey was dry and stale and the ham was spoiled rotten white and pink, it was horrible.
