UPDATE: She messaged me on Facebook about my review. She was rude, sarcastic, and unsympathetic. I told her this review was the next step because she took no responsibility in selling us the wrong gender. Then she BLOCKED me on Facebook and responded here. This response is completely insincere. We also did NOT get the baby with known urine issues, we picked the all white one and all black one. She must be confused! See attached photos. Purchased 2 FEMALE bunnies, well they had babies and killed them!!! My 8 year old daughter found them and is traumatized!!!!!! Contacted Dragonfly Farms about this and she took no accountability. She said genitalia is easily confused and we needed to spay! Spaying is fine, but do you know what would have actually prevented this??? GETTING WHAT I PAID FOR! Absolutely do not go here for bunnies. She doesn't know what she's doing if she can't tell genitalia apart!

She sent me with a box of treats and it took him a few days to try them. He LOVES them now.

My first lop passed away in my arms and I was DEVASTATED. I decided to look for another lop and I found Dragonfly Farms! I picked up my new bestie "Expo" and he is such a cutie. Kristen was very upfront and willing to share her wealth of information on bunnies! She sent me home with information on lop care and some food and treats. She even has cage set-ups available to purchase for a good price just in case you don't have proper means to take your bun home! From the looks of where she cares for her bunnies, they don't appear to be socialized much (with humans or other bunnies) nor leave their cage (I was only there for 20 minutes so I don't truly know) , HOWEVER it was clean and safe and this has allowed Expo to be fairly laid back. He is very content entertaining himself with a simple toilet roll. If you are looking for a mellow, snuggly, and chill bunny, I would strongly recommend connecting with Dragonfly Farms!

I purchased my piggy Koa, aka: Koko from Dragonfly Farms in July of 2021. He is a wonderful addition to our family. He's smart, he's friendly, and he's adorable!!! Kristen is very helpful. She's knowledgeable about mini pigs and is super responsive. I highly recommend Dragonfly Farms if you'd like to add a mini pig to your family!

Long Story short, we purchased a pig from Dragonfly Farm Mini Pigs and Holland Lops in October. She came to us unhealthy with terrible skin issues. After trying home remedies on her skin and having very little success, I contacted the breeder (above) and asked for her vet records to give to our veterinarian. She refused to give any records and was totally awful to deal with. We took our pig to the vet and he said her issues were from bad living conditions and poor health (see letter). The breeder refused to even compensate for the vet visit, so I disputed the credit card charge and won the full disputed amount due to evidence I provided. Fast forward 8 months later, my 15 year old daughter MERELY tagged me in a post and Kristen (breeder and owner of Dragonfly) posts several harassing comments to her including that we were all going to hell and that I was "brainwashing" my daughter. This is just some of the conversation because she blocked my daughter and removed her from the group after defending me. What a piece of work! Warning to all ::DONT EVER BUY FROM THIS CRAZY LADY::

We recently got our little rabbit Buddy from Dragonfly Farms. After my daughter's bunny died, she was desperate to get another one and we were lucky to find Buddy on craigslist. He is the sweetest, most mellow bunny we've had and even though he wasn't our first, the information sheet Kristin gave us was very helpful and informative. You can tell she really cares about her animals and wants to make sure you have a successful experience with them.

We had a good experience with Kristen. She provided a care sheet and pellets for the bunny we got. She was patient in answering my questions and checked in to see how the bunny was after he was home for a few days. Her bunny care page is full of information and recommendations and I appreciate it as I am a new pet owner. We've had Midas for a little over a month and it's so fun to watch him grow. Would work with Dragonfly Farms again!

Kristen was wonderful to us, she answered every one of my many many questions when we were deciding whether or not to add a mini pig to our family. Our pig has now been with us for 3 weeks and we couldn't be happier or more appreciative!! Honest, upfront, and very informative. Thank you Dragonfly Farm!!

This bunny is gentle and calm enough for a new pet owner.

We purchased a pet quality Holland lop from Dragonfly Farm a couple of weeks ago. Before we visited the farm, Kristen communicated promptly and clearly about the bunnies she had for sale, and sent me a few pics. They are also shown on the website. When we went to look at the bunnies they all seemed healthy and well taken care of. There were several bunnies ready to go, and they were all surprisingly calm and accustomed to being handled. My 6-year-old daughter chose this pet quality blue eyed white and Kristen gave us directions, info, advice and a small bag of feed. It's clear she cares about the welfare of the animals she is selling. We're very happy with this bunny, who is an excellent first pet for my daughter. She's learning to care for and handle her responsibly, and loves watching her and holding her. Highly recommend!

I love the bunny I got from Dragonfly Farm. Kristen was incredibly knowledgeable, so friendly, and extremely helpful. She's been kind enough to answer random bunny questions 4 months after I got my bunny! I have recommended 2 of my friends to her and they absolutely love their bunnies as well. If you choose to buy a bunny, I cannot recommend a better place to get your bunny

After we purchased a six week old bunny and got home any questions we had she was very short with us and not friendly at all and would only text, not answer my calls. We bought the bunny as an indoor pet. He passed away after 6 days and not only did she not have any sympathy she blamed us for letting him on the lawn for 5 minutes on the drive home. Which we weren't told not to do until after. Then she changed what she had told us and said it's because we held him too much that week. We followed her holding instructions which later she also changed saying we should never have held him for a few days. We were told 15 minutes a day was ok for a few days until he settled. We never asked for a refund or a new rabbit yet she was very rude when asked what could have went wrong. (she did offer an adult but since we wanted to house train we wanted a young rabbit, plus I would rather have a bunny from a different breeder if this is her customer service level) I talked to four other rabbit breeders and pet feed stores who told us 5 minutes in grass and 15 minutes of being held would not kill a bunny. They think it was because he was only 6 weeks old, too soon and they also let me know they know of other people that had the same issue with this particular breeder. I thought he was just super calm but after talking to other breeders and seeing normal activity levels of other breeders' rabbits I wonder if he wasn't ill. She also was bullying me by text , telling me to not talk to other breeders about my situation. While discussing with other breeders I found that this happened to other people they know that got bunnies from her and she refused to talk to them too. I heard this from multiple breeders as well as that holding a bunny is just fine and so is letting it on grass for 5 minutes. This breeders bunnies must be extra fragile if allowing them to touch grass or holding a few minutes a day kills them. Edited :see screens shots proving she did not tell us no holding, only limit holding. Terrible customer service to blame a child that followed your instructions.

Our beautiful piggies, Annabelle and Bailey, purchased from Kristen and Dragonfly Farm last fall.

They immediately came up to us and although were good natured we were really surprised that an owner would allow two unsupervised dogs to greet people on their property without any heads up. What if my son freaked out and ran from them, what would they do? What if one of us did something they did not like and thought we were challenging them? The owner, Craig, showed up 2 minutes later to meet us and started talking about his dogs and his breeding habits. Everything sounded great and we were getting along but his two dogs started getting a little over excited with our 6 year old and wouldn't stop herding him which is fine and totally normal. But when he called them to stop doing what they were doing, the dogs didn't obey him. After several calls for them to stop and them not complying, he went up and hit them on the head hard and yelled at them. They immediately recoiled and went away. As you can imagine, I was in utter shock... We continued chatting and went on a walk around the grounds. His two original dogs were still with us and walked with us on the tour. When they started getting a little excited again around my son, he ordered them to stop but they didn't. So he yelled several times and when they wouldn't again, he slapped them on the head again hard. At this time, I looked at my wife and she looked at me and we knew that we would never buy a dog from this breeder. At this point, we decided to wrap up our tour short and started heading back to the car. He called his two dogs over to him at one point and they both refused and shied away, walking away with their heads down. He just yelled at them to go and continued as if everything was normal. We were utterly disgusted at the treatment that he demonstrated in 30 minutes. He yelled multiple times, slapped twice, and hit them each in the head once while we were there. No wonder they didn't want to obey him, they are terrified of him! He showed us what kind of breeder he is in those 30 minutes that we decided that we would never buy a puppy from him to continue bankrolling this kind of abuse. It was absolutely unacceptable and cannot believe he is allowed to breed dogs. He says all the right things and works on getting the correct genetic test done which he prides himself on but his treatment of his dogs is totally unacceptable.

Change is hard and it shows in the recent reviews…read more Dr. Black was absolutely fantastic very old school vet with tons of history and wisdom, he will be greatly missed at the clinic, but I truly hope the best for him. Covid was a horrible time, vets were retiring, other vets were overwhelmed with patients, people were adopting pets left and right and needing wellness checks, emergencies or priority patients waited hours, often having to be dropped off and squeezed into schedules. Now imaging a clinic changing hands in the midst of this time! We have been clients for at least 15 years, they have cared for many dogs here along with a rabbit. From my experience with Clearview during the tail end of all the Covid protocols, which was also around the time the transfer of the business happened, there were some real stumbling blocks. They had visiting vets helping out, since they were understaffed, they were slammed with caseloads and still trying their best to get everyone seen or treated. It wasn't an ideal or perfect time. During this time, we adopted a pup who after 3 days became extremely sick. I called a local Emergency Clinic at 3:30am and they refused to see us and diagnosed the problem over the phone as "just kennel cough". I called Clearview as soon as they opened that morning, they were fully booked but call me if they thought they could squeeze us in. Within a couple hours my pup got worse, I called and updated them what was happening. They had me take her in at that point and drop her off. Within a matter of hours requiring x-rays and major exams, we received word what was happening. She had aspirated pneumonia, (ME) Megaesophagus and a parasite. When I picked her up, they were so kind, they took the time to assure me that she could still have a good quality of life, but it would be different. They taught me how I needed to feed her, how many times to feed her and how to keep her in the upright position after feeding. This was a lot for a new owner to take in. After many follow ups and months later, I started questioning if that was the right diagnosis. They set aside any egos and gave me a referral to a specialist in Lynnwood to double check. The specialist was actually very shocked; after reviewing all the records, they would have absolutely given us the same diagnosis, but sure enough they were not seeing ME any longer. This is not a condition that dogs "grow out of", ME is very rare, but to have a dog who displayed all clinical signs of ME and three months later they couldn't detect it was even more rare. This same dog in the last month I took in because she was licking her paw raw, turns out the floor cleaner I was usings didn't agree with her all of a sudden. Yet during that exam they were now hearing a grade 3-4 heart murmur, this was the first time to have a heart concern. I took her elsewhere to echo her heart. The new vet also affirmed that they heard the same grade of murmur on their exam. Thankfully the echo says differently. This was very long winded to say, the vets at this clinic know what they are doing as affirmed twice by outside sources, in our experience. Things have totally settled down with consistent staff. They all show all 3 of my dogs and myself so much love and care. Their communication is wonderful, I question everything, and they are patient and kind and takes the time to explain without any egos. They still stay busy, but you can get appts in a much timelier fashion and will still squeeze in emergencies or potential emergencies. Yet changes are hard, there are pricing differences, policy changes some maybe be new management, but some may also be the powers of the overseers of vet world. With that said I would still and do highly recommend this clinic. Take the time establish a repour with the vets, I think you will find this clinic is worth it.
