It is very frustrating to anticipate a massage only there it canceled when you arrive. When the massage appointment actually happens it is stellar but it is disheartening to have so many cancellations and issues the day of the appointment.

I've never been here so I wasn't sure how booked out they'd be but I called Saturday 9/14 and was able to get in the day I was hoping for, Tuesday 9/17. Everything was nice, the spa coordinators, the robes, the quiet room. But my massage was 10/10 amazing. Jennifer was so nice, good communication & incredibly talented. I told her I wanted to focus on relaxation and I wanted to keep my socks on cause my toes get cold. And she exceeded my expectations. I was in such a trance at the end of it, I wish I would have thanked her more. It was truly an amazing experience and felt like such a blessing to have got the best massage therapist. I had scheduled massages for my friend and I, I had surgery about 5 weeks ago and was released by…read moremy doctor to have massages and even start Pilates, and have already had a massage since surgery somewhere else, but they refused to give me a massage here since it hasn't been 6-8 weeks. I didn't know they had their medical license and that my doctors recommendations do not matter here. They didn't even apologize or even offer me any other service in its place. I feel that could have helped my frustration. Have had three gifted family members complain of scheduling and rescheduling complications. My relaxing gift to them instead becoming a source of irritation. Appointments are scheduled months out then rescheduled now weeks later with another provider or cancelled outright on day of / twice now. Seriously ? Nope I'm done. Regrettably several gift certificates still in hand ... wish it were with another more accessible group ready to service.
