The Turquoise is not the MINED turquoise we were told by the Gold House; it is SYNTHETIC Turquoise which is easily made in the lab, and costs 50% to 70% cheaper. Thus, the (fake) appraisal that they gave me certifying the estimated value of the bracelet was FRADULENT. DO NOT SHOP HERE. . . . and BE CAREFUL of ANY jewelry store selling "authentic, mined" turquoise.
