They also offer pretty well for trades and not to mention, the staff and the owner are very fun to talk to about just about anything gaming or Pokemon. I highly recommend this place as they not only have great customer service, they have a lot to choose from in terms of Pokemon, MTG & even retro video games. Will definitely shop here again!

Unfortunately, the visit was disappointing from the moment we arrived. The storefront looked boarded up with wood covering much of the exterior, and it was so dark inside that I honestly couldn't tell if the store was open. Once inside, my girlfriend's son politely asked the employee behind the counter how much a pack cost. The employee responded with, "I can guarantee it's more than you have in your wallet." I was shocked by how rude and dismissive that was, especially toward a kid. That's not the kind of welcome I would expect from an employee. I then told him I wanted to purchase three Prismatic Evolutions packs. He looked at me and said, with an attitude, "You know they're like $20 each, right?" I told him that was fine, but the interaction left a bad impression. What should have been a fun and memorable experience for the kids turned into an uncomfortable one because of the poor customer service. I spent $100 on 6 packs of cards and i was going to buy more cards but didn't want to give them anymore business. I won't be shopping here again and cannot recommend this store based on my experience.

My son says it's the best one out of the three card shops we've been to. Both times we've come, Alex has helped us. Alex has been patient, kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful to my son on both visits. The first time we came, my son was looking for the "Demon Slayer pack." They were sold out, which was okay. Armani was still able to purchase a couple of single Pokémon cards and a card holder. Another gentleman even threw in a free card, which made Armani very happy. He said they were the nicest people out of all the card shops we've visited. On this second visit, we came again looking for the Demon Slayer pack, and we were lucky this time and were able to purchase one, along with a couple of single cards that Armani chose. He was so happy with the price that he asked me to turn around so he could purchase another pack. We were lucky enough that they had another one, since they sell out quickly. Armani is 9 and has a small sushi bake business. He saves his profits and, as a treat, purchases cards within his budget. We will definitely be back next month!

The person who seemed to be the owner was rude, arrogant, and clearly has no idea how to treat customers. Instead of being welcoming, he made the entire environment uncomfortable. There was even a family with kids in the store trying to enjoy themselves, and his behavior completely killed the vibe. It's honestly embarrassing to see someone run a business this way. After looking at other reviews, it's obvious this isn't a one-time thing--this seems to be a pattern. If this is how you treat people, don't be surprised when customers stop coming back. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place entirely. There are plenty of better shops out there that actually respect their customers.

(Which my daughter cut her foot on one of them) Hit me with a hidden $150 for their misquote and if I didn't supply the manpower to help unload on the delivery side, they were going to nail me for an additional $190. Also, and most troubling....the table is completely out of level. After they ran me home from the office and then proceeded to flake on the return trip to try and level it...I will be paying professionals to do so instead of counting on this company. Unreliable. I recently went to this establishment for the first time last week, and returned because I had a…read moresmall issue. The issue was not a big deal, almost expected, but what was not expected was how much the employee was able to help. Feels great to finally find a game store that still cares more about the customer than ripping off normal people. These guys are great and the prices seem pretty reasonable, especially compared to other places. I don't know if he was an employee or the owner, but I just wanted to thank Tommy for helping me on both of my visits and made me feel like I found a new game store to call home.
