I just got a tattoo last Sat and I have a major infection over the tattoo and the doctor said it was from dirty needles and equipment. I am on meds now but it's not getting better. They have a new staff now this is not my first time there either if you go and get one expect them to give you what I got. They also told me to go fuck myself when I called to tell them. So I am pretty sure this is not relevant anymore considering this was years ago, but I figured it doesn't hurt to leave a review. This was back in January 2020. I've only been to this place two times, and the first time was to get my conch pierced. The piercer was great, and my conch healed perfectly and I wish I would've remembered his name. The second time I came, I got a tattoo and my septum pierced. The tattoo turned out beautifully, but the septum not so much. After reviewing different peoples experiences after getting their septum pierced, I realized that the guy who pierced me ( who was completely different than the guy ) pierced my septum wrong. He ended up piercing my cartilage, which is not what you're supposed to pierce. When getting the piercing done, it was so painful. I now have 15 piercings and my septum is by far the most painful piercing I have ever gotten. I am extremely lucky that my piercing did not reject. It's been five years and I do have my septum still, but I figured I could warn someone. read more

Three of us walked in. Everyone that worked there was very friendly. We got three piercings and a tattoo and we're out the door in less than 30 minutes. And the piercer did a great job, quick, and did his best to distract us. The gentleman that did my tattoo had a skull tattooed on his head. he was from New York. Very friendly, but did a perfect and quick job. Two people were under the age of 18 and they took care of our notary and house, while other Tattoo shops in the area, make you go to a third-party for the notary. That made it very convenient! I have gotten a lot of tattoos and am no stranger to the process. I also know exactly what I want. I was looking for a new place to go, because the place I had gone to up until then closed. My sister was in town and we wanted to get some small pieces. Since I told her I wanted to try this place and it had gotten good reviews, we decided to try it. I contacted them through Yelp and they got back to me very quickly. We decided to go a few days later. We were able to walk right in. Felt like a typical tattoo shop. The guy at the counter asked us what we wanted and helped us line it all up, then we took turns with a different guy to do the actual tattooing. This is what killed it for me. The guy was such a jerk, and insulted me for my choice in ink. My sister and I were going for the same words on the side of our fingers. Since I've had work done before, I did my research, I knew they would probably fade, need touched up, etc. I know a good tattoo artist should warn against getting certain pieces in certain places cause they will fade, I get that. But when I asked for that, and you say "oh you want that waste of money?", then do a shitty job on it, that kills it for me. I would not go back for any other work. read more

Today I walked in determined to get a 20 yr old dark tattoo cover up. The staff brainstormed with me to help decide the best option, because what I envisioned wasn't going to work. The entire staff was as friendly, pleasant and as helpful as could be. Tony ended up being my artist, and kept me entertained during the entire process, took breaks, and in general was so helpful in trying to keep the pain level low, because it was unfortunately in a very painful spot on my chest above the left "boob". I've come here once before to get a piercing and had a great time but today I walked in to get a basic small tattoo and told Logan who was behind the desk what I wanted he responded with "are you even speaking" in a very rude tone making me and all my friends instantly uncomfortable, then when the guy Dave who was going to do my tattoo asked if i wanted shading or just outline and when i said just outline his response was "boring" I decided to leave because one I felt uncomfortable and was upset and two what i choose to put on my body doesn't need the tattoo artists opinion unless he thought it wouldn't turn out good. Out of everyone in that tattoo shop I was the only one treated and spoke to like that everyone else seemed happy with their decisions but this place did not deserve my time or money this time due to the lack of basic fucking costumer service. read more

When me and my friends went in here we were super excited to get some tattoos, everyone was super nice and friendly but once my one friends tattoo was done it was absolutely horrible. This is for those of you scrounging to find a yelped tatoo parlor and failing. We were saddled with the trouble of being on vaca and wanting that memorable tattoo we have pined for for years. Haha No seriously, these people were amazing. The tattoos were great, but the service was amazing! The parlor itself is very clean and bright. They sent us next door for a quick drink while we waited 10 minutes an when we were talking about being hungry they gave us a sandwich from the deli down the way. We mentioned not having gotten a tattoo in 15 years they reassured us that needles have come a long way and indeed they have. It barely felt like he touched me and poof it was over. Had a great experience buying body jewelry and getting it installed by Dave. I was already pierced but had my nose ring out for a while so it was a little tough getting a new ring in. Dave was as gentle as possible and got the new ring in without having to re-pierce. He and the woman at reception were super helpful and patient in guiding me through picking out the jewelry... I walked into this shop today and explained to the lady at the front desk that I'd like to plan out a tattoo with an artist. I told her that I'd had a margarita at VIP and was having lunch with my husband so I didn't want the work today but wanted it get it done tomorrow, and she then told me that I should definitely "come back when I wasn't so drunk" and that the artists could NOT plan a tattoo with me unless I was getting it done immediately after. I tried to explain to her what I wanted, and she said I needed to bring in a picture from Google. I told her I didn't want to bring in a picture because it was a custom tattoo and I knew how to explain it, if I could talk with someone who could draw it, and she said that I also couldn't plan with anyone unless I brought in a picture from Google that was at least similar to what I wanted. So 1) don't come here if you want to talk to an artist and plan with them and 2) make sure you want a tattoo that comes from Google! Unreal. I live 2 minutes away from this place and wanted a small tattoo but also am looking to get a large back piece right after that, and now I have to drive further away to try to find someone else who can do work that's not from a picture online. Not worth it to even walk into this place unless you want to be treated like you don't matter at all if you aren't paying on the spot or don't want some basic sh**. read more

Had a very poor experience here. I don't remember the tattoo artist who helped me, but he was extremely rude his responses were short and of no help to me. It felt like I was talking to a wall, in result I ended up with a tattoo I don't love and it's not where I wanted it either. On top of that there is a gap in my tattoo where the lines are supposed to connect but they don't. I went with a friend to get commemorative trip tattoos. Mine was pretty simple except I wanted to do a little bit of it in color. Tony is who we worked with and he said it was no problem. He did my friend's tat quickly and it looked great. He did mine and I was so happy with the outcome. At least I was until I got home and realized one part of it that was supposed to be in green (it was a turtle done in green and just one back fin was in black). I wrote to them and of course they apologized and said if I am ever in the area to come back and they can help do something to make it look better. What they can't do is make it look like it is supposed to look. When I showed a friend at home who has a tattoo shop, he said it was obvious it was done in black and then gone over in green. The least he could have done was tell me then instead of just trying to cover up his mistake and hope I wouldn't notice. The shop was clean and well-lit and they weren't blaring heavy metal music like most other places so I gave them 2 stars. I can't give them any more than that when they messed up a really easy tattoo. Obviously I will never go back there and I will have my friend do what he can to make it look better. read more
