If I could give these guys a 6-star rating, I would. They are amazing. I have used them twice and since I have major plumbing issues, I am guessing that I will be using them again. Sarko has been out twice now and his work is impeccable. The last time he was here was to adjust the water pressure coming into the house. I live on a street with a high pressure main in front of the house. The pipes had been humming and clunking and I was afraid the pressure was doing real damage. Sarko went to the supply house twice to get the right parts, stayed most of the day, fixed the problem and I told him that I was still worried because other companies had come out and not fixed the problem, he called me later that night to check and make sure everything was alright and to see if I was okay. Nick was awesome. We have been having drain problems for years. Every year or so we get super backed up and clogged. We have hydrojetted before, snaked, camera down main line, still had issues. He came, assessed the situation and pointed at an old cast iron section where the snake would no longer go through. We decided to replace it with PVC pipe to see if that would clear it. He diagnosed the issue in about 10 minutes, contacted my home waranty company and got approval for the repairs in about 20 minutes more. When the new water heater was installed, he left the area even cleaner than he found it. Alex even managed to fine an upgraded water heater on sale at the same price. Alex & Sako were great. My old water heater (10yrs old) gave out and started leaking from the bottom. They inspected the water lines and all around for possible external leaks before verifying the issue was with the tank itself. To top it off when I noticed the leak under my tank I immediately went to go shut off the valve to the water tank but that was busted, so I tried the main shut off and sure enough that wasn't working either. When they came out they inspected everything and gave me their recommendations/price with all the work including installing new water heater, new shut off valve, new main shut off valve, new water spout and also installing a pressure release valve near the pressure regulator incase the regulator would to ever fail the pressure would have a way out instead of damaging my pipes inside my home. The price was more than far, I had a few company quotes but I felt the most comfortable with them as they checked all around for possible issues and other issues to help protect my home so I felt they were doing the best job they could to keep me from other costly mistakes from happening. Pictures posted of their work. My original Bradford White water heater lasted 10yrs, which probably could have lasted several years more had the previous owner done proper maintenance on it. Alex & Sako gave me instructions on how to maintenance it myself to keep it lasting for many years which is great.
