I called Drain Mode over Memorial weekend. It was Sunday at about 3pm to be exact. I accidentally clogged a friend's kitchen sink by dumping too much food down the disposal, too fast. I quickly went on Yelp to find an available plumber. Drain Mode was my first call and I'm SO GRATEFUL they were! Jerry was a pleasure to speak with over the phone. At the time I called he was on a job but he told me he could come by after that job, and he did. It was maybe 30-40 mins later, Jerry and associate (I'm sorry, I did not get his name) showed up and saved the day! Jerry responded to my project immediately on Memorial Day. We had a clogged master shower drain that I tried clearing myself but was unsuccessful. He came out to my home and after diagnosing the problem, brought in his tools to clear the clog. After 10-15 minutes, the clog was gone and the water was draining regularly. While working, Jerry told me possible causes of the clog and why I probably wasn't able to clear it myself. He was personable and professional throughout. Before Jerry came I had some company called John Stevenson assess the issue and they wanted $600 to fix this. I don't know a lot about plumbing but I knew this was an exorbitant cost to fix a faucet. I had a plumbing issue where when my neighbors take showers, the water would go up my shower drain. I tried the plunger, but the water still wouldn't drain even after clearing out some debris. I submitted quote request to Drain Mode via Yelp around noon Friday, and Jerry responded within less than an hour.
