Service Maintenance to our Air Conditioner was great! Gary Lopez was very knowledgeable,…read moreprofessional and nice. His work was done in quality time and his suggestions were appreciated. Beware of this company. They provided plumbing services at my 87 year old mother's house. The first…read morequote was for $19,000 for a redrain of the drainage system. Then they said there was tree root discovered in the line. They quoted $13,000 more to resolve it. There were no options provided for hydrojetting and a liner. We do not know anything about plumbing, so we did not question the additional cost. We had to trust the techs providing the service. We requested a refund and the company offered $4,000.00. We feel that given the cost, we are warranted a higher refund. The company refused. Although the owner states that options were given to my mother, they were not. I, (daughter), was there at the time of the tech's explanation of the work and so was my cousin. The tech spoke to my mother in Spanish, my cousin speaks and understands Spanish, and she also stands firm that no options were given to my mother regarding the option of hydrojetting and liner. If there were options my mother would have chosen the lesser cost. We are very upset with the dishonesty of this company. So, make sure you research costs of other plumbing companies before using this one.

I'm so glad Costco has partnered with NexGen for their EcoWater reverse osmosis system. I found…read moreNexGen to be extremely knowledgeable, professional, and well organized. When I needed to replace my filters, they were the only company that identified that my original installation was incorrect. They were honest and, after reviewing the system, absolutely right. Their team is friendly, helpful, and communicative every step of the way. The plumber, Javier Rodriguez, was especially impressive--very confident, knowledgeable, and personable. He even put booties over his shoes without me having to ask, which I really appreciated. He knew exactly how to install the missing piece and took the time to troubleshoot additional issues after the installation and filter replacement, including pressurizing the tank. What stood out most was that he didn't rush--he made sure everything was working properly before leaving and walked me through the steps so I can handle the next filter replacement myself. He also offered helpful recommendations for future parts I may need. I highly recommend NexGen and Javier! My only wish is that the refill prices were a bit more economical.

We are blessed we found a contractor who cared so much about our comfort during our project. They also installed a new water heater, water softener as well as an Osmosis system. We couldn't ask for a more complete company to take care of all our needs. We thank each and everyone of you at NexGen. George and Linda Paulsen

I am writing to follow up on my previous request regarding a full refund for the services I paid for, which were not completed as agreed. As stated in my initial communication, I paid a deposit $1,000 for the installation of a bathroom vanity. The original appointment was canceled, and the work has still not been completed. This has caused inconvenience and does not meet the expectations or agreement we had in place. This message serves as a second formal notice requesting a full refund of $1,000. I ask that this refund be processed within 5 business days from the date of this email. If I do not receive a response or resolution within this timeframe, I will proceed with further action, which may include filing formal complaints through applicable consumer protection agencies and pursuing other available remedies. I would prefer to resolve this matter quickly and amicably. Please confirm when I can expect the refund. I paid a deposit to this business for a scheduled service, but ended up canceling the appointment in advance. No work was performed. When I requested a refund of my deposit, the business refused to return it. There was no signed agreement stating the deposit was non-refundable, and no materials or services were provided. I attempted to resolve this directly but was unsuccessful. Based on my experience, I would recommend confirming refund policies in writing before making any payment.

My experience with OneStop Plumbers was profoundly disappointing. What should have been a…read morestraightforward service call quickly felt less like a customer-focused interaction and more like a calculated exercise in revenue extraction. From the outset, I was met with what appeared to be an overwhelming emphasis on upselling rather than solving the problem at hand. Every conversation seemed to gravitate toward higher-priced options, creating the impression that maximizing the invoice was the primary objective rather than providing honest, professional guidance. The most troubling aspect was the apparent disregard for trust. In an industry where homeowners rely heavily on expertise and integrity, I expected transparency and fair recommendations. Instead, I left feeling as though my concerns were secondary to what could be added to the final bill. The entire experience felt transactional, impersonal, and devoid of the professionalism that reputable plumbing companies strive to embody. A company's reputation is built on competence, honesty, and the ability to place customers' interests alongside its own. Unfortunately, my experience with OneStop Plumbers reflected the opposite. I would strongly encourage prospective customers to obtain multiple opinions and estimates before committing to any work. Trust is difficult to earn and remarkably easy to lose. Based on my experience, this company has a great deal of work to do in that regard.

What a start of the new year! Two (2) slab leaks within a 2 week period. Called Scott Cole…read morePlumbing since we had a great experience with them for the first leak and decided to have the whole house repiped to avoid any future water surprises. Scott has been amazing since we first reached out to him regarding the first leak and Anthony was super through, knowledgable, and above and beyond in communication and walking us through the repiping of our home process. To clarify, we were very impressed by Anthony and his team that came to do the work. We will forever be grateful for choosing Scott's family company. Scott and his team take care of you as if you were family and not too many local family companies express such gratitude, empathy, and devotion towards their customers when stressful situations arise like dealing with a water leak. Huge shout out to Scott, Anthony, and their team again for the win here! I sure hope we have no more water/plumbing surprises, however if we do, we have a great deal of peace of mind since he is our go-to company and we know we will be taken care of.

Initially thought it was the ABS…read moredrain, but after tracing the issue I found the real problem was a failing fitting on the hot water PEX supply line. The plumber who came out was friendly enough, but the quote came in at $1,400 for a straightforward PEX repair. I had already done the discovery, cut the access hole, and identified the leak. This was not a complex job and did not justify that price. I ended up calling another plumbing company who is doing the same repair for $300-$400, over $1000 less. Price padding a simple repair, especially when it feels like it's based on the assumption an insurance claim will be filed, isn't a good look. Honest pricing and integrity matter, and in this case, they missed the mark.
