Not only did he quickly diagnose the issue in our yard, but he also walked us through every step of the diagnostic process. The guy took his snake in there couldn't figure it out either. So he said next day he's gonna have his boss come and he's an expert at this so the next day came his boss came spent like four hours here even said he went on the roof. I even heard him scream like he got his hands, stuck in pipe or something. I don't think this guy had any experience. He then comes to me after four hours and says that the pipe broke inside that his camera saw pipe break and that they would have to tear up the floor in my house and they would not fix it after. I started freaking out so I got a second opinion the next day this plumber came from plush flush. Company this guy texted him less than two hours. This guy was an expert real expert. I don't know where Mr. Rooter hires their plumbers right off the street or something and he only charged $250. He told us that they must've tried to scan us, cause they didn't know what the hell they were doing. I wonder how many other poor people go through this and they scam them for $5000 or more.
