These were folks she'd worked with before and knew they could provide excellent service at reasonable prices. She volunteered to meet contractors at the house and save us from taking time off work, which was very appreciated. Each of the 13 tables that Granite Trransformations creative have been used heavily for over 6 years. They look fantastic and brand new. There is one with a chipped corner- but that was when we were moving tables and they dinged. It is a fixable thing that we just havent ever dealt with. We are in the process of getting a quote for our home kitchen. We have only ever really wanted a variety of colors for the tables, but there are many, many more.

Gave me very good suggestions. What I like was he was not pushing his services and was giving me honest advice. After one more consultation, I decided to go with CIP&D. I went from initially hiring them to just paint my downstairs area but because of their great work, I ended up having them instal backsplash, paint my kitchen cabinets and replace my kitchen vent. I think that exemplifies their good work. They are very professional, on time, and clean up after every job. I am definitely going to hire them again for future projects around the house.

At first glance it seems small and full of old junk, but once you start wandering, you quickly realize what's going on here. They're very particular about what they salvage, grabbing only stuff that can definitely be reused (it's not a garbage dump), and of a particular age. I actually got a really cool chandelier from them for next too nothing because "It's a little too new for what we like to carry." It wasn't until after spending hours combing through their old door plates, fireplace frames & mantles and lighting that I stumbled upon their back room LOADED with old doors, tables, and generally amazing pieces of wood. Didn't have enough time left to really get to know that section, but I can't wait to go back. The staff here are really the best part. They are so passionate about what they do, and have a detailed backstory for every last screw in the place. They're not only fun to talk to, but know a ton about restoration, so if you need a tip on how to clean or install something, they've got 5 ways to do it. Go down there and check it out, even if you have nothing in mind, or don't even own a home. It's an amazing place to even just wander around in.
