They assured me their service came with a one-year warranty. However, the relief was short-lived. Within a few months, the cesspool overflowed again. When I contacted them, they returned and poured acid into the tank, which lasted a few months. When they returned within the 1 year warranty period, they wanted to charge me for additional services. I refused to do any more business with a company that does not honor its warranty. They prioritize quick fixes over long-term solutions. If they pumped the cesspool in the first place, it would have lasted much longer. I strongly advise against using their services. You'll likely end up paying for a temporary fix and dealing with their unprofessionalism when things inevitably go wrong.

White Wolf Cesspool destroyed my front yard. They dug up my front yard and dug underneath my…read morefront walkway in December. My front walkway collapsed and became safety hazard for anyone who walked on it. "Jimmy" who I believe is the owner told me that as soon as the weather broke and snow melted he would have his Mason repair the damaged walkway. He also told me he would bring the backhoe back to even out the deep tracks left on my front yard. Jimmy said he would have top soil delivered and have it distributed on the dug up area which was pretty much my entire front yard. I called Jimmy over and over for the next several months, well over a dozen times, and mostly was unable to reach him. When I did reach him, he would tell me the "Mason would be there on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, next week, this day, that day".... Bottom line .... Never heard from "Jimmy". He never returned to fix everything he promised to fix. Having said that, I trusted him for some reason, and when he promised to return I believed him and paid him in full. I had to pay for another contractor to fix my front yard. Bottom line... Whatever comes out of "Jimmy's" mouth will most likely not happen. DO NOT PAY THIS GUY UP FRONT. You will regret it.
