Even though I live in Florida, I chose to work with them based on his recommendation -- and I am very glad I did. I recently worked with Mike and Josh for the purchase and installation of a truck bed cover. I initially purchased the Extang Solid Fold ALX cover, which unfortunately experienced persistent leaking issues. Mike and Josh promptly addressed the problem by ordering new seals and scheduling installation. When the issue remained unresolved, they went a step further and arranged for a completely different model -- the TruXedo Sentry CT -- to be ordered and installed on my vehicle. Throughout this process, Mike and Josh demonstrated exceptional professionalism, product knowledge, and a genuine dedication to customer satisfaction. They maintained excellent communication, provided clear solutions, and ensured that my concerns were addressed in a timely and effective manner. It is rare to encounter such commitment to service excellence, and I am extremely satisfied with the final result. just now New I had…read morebeen going here for years and had accessories totaling well over five thousand dollars put on there. I have also sent friends there who've spent quite a bit as well. I needed a front bumper repaired and a bull bar put on the front bumper. I was given a "reduced" rate of $120 per hour for labor and when I asked if waiting for the epoxy used to dry would be part of the install I could not get a straight answer. The bull bar had six total bolts and would take minimal time to install once the front fairing was removed. I have both a torn rotator cuff and a perforated disc or I would do the work myself. I was told, "some shops get $180 per hour for labor" as if that justifies their absurd hourly rate. I'm not saying this should be done for nothing, but these labor rates are rediculous. UPDATE: After being told I would get a call back by 1:30 Mike called back at 6:20. No apology…read morewhatsoever. He tried to justify it by saying he "had to run the sales floor." Which raised the question of why Feeny would have a sales person intervene in a service matter. Well, it's because his service staff is apparently so fragile that interacting with me is just overwhelming. When I reminded him that I was just following the instructions given by HIS service department and that my truck could pull me into traffic he couldn't care less. He told me to take it to another dealer and I reminded him that I spoke to three within a 50 mile radius and all of them said that because Stellantis corporate had intervened they would not clean up Feeny's mess. He then told me that the alignment was "within specification" according to the service manager and when I asked why it was okay for Feeny to ignore the instructions they gave to me he said he was not there when the instructions to return if the problem persisted. Not only is that not an answer but shows what cowardly liars Feeny staff are. When I asked direct yes or no questions he refused to answer then told me to go get it aligned privately and "Chrysler would pay me back." At that point I knew he was patronizing me and just looking for a way to get off the phone. Needless to say Mike got the verbal berating he deserved. I am still in contact with Stellantis corporate and will be seeking legal counsel. Bob Feeny, you should be ASHAMED. UPDATE: The factory over tightened the front end components on my 2024 Gladiator. After a week in service and a replaced tie-rod I was advised to drive it until it reached over five thousand miles to see if the new parts would "settle in." Was told to reach out to the service department if it was still pulling to the left and it still is as you read this. Because Feeny is still butt hurt from my reviews on both Yelp and Google they refuse to fix the issue. I have reached out to three other Jeep dealerships and all of them have told me the same thing: It's Feeny's problem and they want nothing to do with it. I have also spoken to Stellantis customer service who told me that Feeny cannot refuse services covered under warranty. After speaking to the service manager Nate, I was forwarded to Mike who I'll assume is the GM. Mike accused me of being rude to Nate which is a flat out lie. Never once was I ever rude to him and actually told him I felt bad that he was forced to contact me about something he just became aware of. I was also accused of being mean to Lance, which is also false. If you read my previous reviews you'll see I pointed him out as the one of the few exceptions that did his job well. So because I embarrassed Feeny and Quality Truck Accessories (which Feeny owns) with the truth they have no problem leaving me in a dangerous situation where my vehicle can pull me into oncoming traffic. You should also note that their one star reviews outweigh their positive reviews. So it's not just me. I guess because they are located in one of the wealthier cities in mid Michigan they're used to people just accepting their absurd overpricing and labor rates, as well as having to argue to arrange for a loaner, which by their own admission from their transportation specialist is a constant fight between sales and service. Simply put, they don't want to add another loaner to the fleet because it'd cost them more, so it's easier to just keep people waiting and their own staff fighting amongst themselves. The work I need done is covered under warranty, and that's a good thing. I can't imagine what they'd attempt to charge if it wasn't.

I was tentatively looking at some Rams online and Brandon from Feeny contacted me right away and was very eager, without being pushy, to make sure he found us exactly what we wanted and nothing more. We went back and forth over text until I could make it in to the dealership. He was quick to respond and answered all my questions. Even though I was also communicating with other dealerships at the same time, Brandon seemed to be the most knowledgeable and attentive to my needs and wants in a new vehicle and also made sure I knew he would get me the best price possible. I set a few a different appointments with dealerships in the area with Feeny being the first one. We met up with Brandon and he was amazing, he was flexible, understanding, super knowledgeable, and made the entire process so easy for us and our family. That day we found a truck that we absolutely loved, with so many more options than we asked for. We had a tricky situation with our trade in but Brandon made it go as seamlessly as possible and it was a great experience. I don't enjoy the car buying process at all, I have done it many times but I have to say this was the easiest and most pleasurable experience I've ever had. I'm so so happy with my new truck!!

My truck, a 2000 Mercury Mountaineer, has a fairly high number of miles yet it continues to run incredibly smooth thanks to the Bob and the guys at Auto Technicians. My first experience with them was a generic overhaul of my truck, providing them with a great test to verify their honesty and their integrity. I brought it in, asked them to go over everything and let me know what all I needed to do to allow me a couple more years of service out of it. I expected to hear back an impossibly high number given the age and mileage. I also knew of a couple of problems the vehicle was having, but withheld the information in the hopes they would find it. They did so, but the actual cause of the trouble was not what I thought it was so they actually saved me quite a bit of money in repairing that. They also found several items that were also in need of repair, some more important and some less. They quoted me a price that was extremely reasonable for the repair work done. A day or so into the repair, they found something wrong with the vehicle that they had missed but it was something that I brought up to them originally. They apologized for missing it and made it right for me by only charging me for the parts, not the labor on that particular repair. I didn't request it at all, as I didn't really feel like it was a failure on their part since they did find it eventually even though it wasn't part of the estimated price. They simply wanted to make it right for me. To me, that speaks volumes to their integrity and honesty. Once the repair was finished, I came in under the new estimated cost with the added repair as they were able to find a couple savings on parts. A+ as far as I am concerned. My second repair done by them was very recently my Coolant refused to stay within my vehicle and as they found out my radiator had come apart, as is apparently quite common with Mountaineers. They provided me an estimate that seemed fair, others I know that have had replacements had paid 500+ for theirs. They performed the work in a day and I had it back the morning after. It was an exceptional job as had been done previously and my car is back to running like a champ. I would recommend Auto Technicians, they are honest, quiet reasonable turnaround times for as popular as they are, and are very easy to work with.

This is the 2nd time, Autozone has failed to do a proper job in checking batteries. My daughter…read morebrought her car in, instructing the employee that she had to jump her car the past few days and feels it the battery. Of course the person went out with the load tester and said its fine. Never checked the alternator voltage or the connections on the battery. She brought it home and the next day needed a jump. (no 12v auxillary circuits plugged in, lights off, etc.) The battery was just under then 3 year warranty. Took it to a mechanic, he tested everything and the loads and said "your battery is shot". We replaced it, and its been weeks and running perfect. Autozone does not want to honor warranties and is not training their employees on how to properly check electrical charging systems
