There is plenty of parking and easy access to the building. Dr. Rosenzweig specializes in knee surgery. I saw Dr. Rosenzweig for a torn meniscus after being involved in a car accident as a passenger. I called and made an appointment and spoke with their auto claims department. This made it very easy when going through my insurance company and adjuster to get all the necessary paperwork done. I started out first by doing physical therapy. After weeks of no relief from pain I had an MRI. Dr. Rosenzweig is very through and took the time to explain everything that was wrong, and based on my MRI results decided I needed knee surgery. During my appointments I never felt like I was a number or rushed. Dr. Rosenzweig was very patient and gentle and for an orthopedic doctor was pretty much on time. I had my surgery and everything went as planned. I was given instructions and pain meds so I wouldn't suffer. My follow up was just as pleasant and I didn't feel the stitches come out. Dr. Rosenzweig explained and showed me photos of the step by step surgery he preformed on my knee. I will be starting physical therapy and then see him again afterwards. I've been coming to this practice for 20 years. I like that…read moreI don't have to wait long to be seen. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Once you become a patient making appointments is not difficult and rescheduling appointment is a breeze. Dr. Stecker is a very compassionate doctor. He listens to what I have to say when I explain my issues, and addresses each and every one of them. I like that they have their own x-ray machine and technician on hand. I can get an x-ray and have the results right then and there in less then 10 minutes. This is very helpful when your not exactly sure what the problem is. It really helps to rule out, or diagnose a problem. I'm getting shots in my knees for severe pain from an auto accident, and I feel Dr. Stecker uses the best medication out there to help with my problems. I am grateful that this practice treats you like a human being. He asked me how my pain is and if I need medication. So many doctors don't even care and your just a number. I've never felt that at this practice. When I had surgery, everything was carefully arranged and explained to me in detail. My follow up visits went smoothly and the course of treatment was known. I could barely walk. Since seeing him have also had an x-ray that showed arthritis and bone spurs. He was an hour and a half late, aggravating my sciatica (the front desk staff was its own example of complete ineptitude and unprofessionalism, making me fill out the wrong forms and laughing at my problem) and he saw me for 5 whole minutes before literally telling me to stop whining and wasting his time. Told me only old people get these problems. I said "I'm only 37" to which he responded "exactly". Aside from that, dismissed me completely with non-answers (what doctor ever shrugs and says "dunno" when asked about how to treat something?). No suggested treatment, no physical therapy, no pain management. Nothing. Sadly, not the worst bedside manner I've ever seen, but a pretty close second. Seriously disappointing. If the spine isn't your area of expertise (I was assured it was), you should have referred me to someone competent.

He has helped me through a lot of pain and agony I can't say enough about Dr. Curtis or his wonderful staff. I prefer him to my regular internist who, I will only see only if I have too. He works at a clinic with several other specialists. I decided to schedule an appointment in Morristown since it was my 1st visit, it was highly suggested that I visit the clinic that has technicians available to do X-rays and there's also a radiology center in case if we need to order a MRI. I like this location very much since every specialist is in reach and there's complimentary flavored coffee in the suite. However for Starbucks lover like myself, there's Starbucks in the 1st floor as soon as you enter the building. There's also plenty of parking and they also open on Saturdays. Getting back to Dr. McInerary, I wish I was referred to him earlier. He is nice, well mannered and seems very knowledgeable. He referred me to pt in Hackensack on rt 17 for aqua therapy. I'm am schedule to see him in 2 months in the Clifton office since it's much closer to home. He does work in the evenings in Clifton which is perfect for folks who work during the day. I'm also very impressed with the whole clinic. I was told they treated NFL Jets and NJ Devils team. The staffing in Morristown location is friendly and professional.

I had an appointment for an MRI on 3/6 at 7:15am, scheduled by Natasha. Having taken a half-day off…read morefrom work, when I arrived at the facility on 111 Madison Avenue, I was told by an employee (an African-American female whose name I did not get) that they would not be able to accept me as the appointment was made at a time when no doctor was available to give me the injection required for it. She scheduled me for the following Monday at 1:15pm and gave me an appointment card indicting the date and time of my appointment. I took another half day off the following Monday and arrived at 12:30. This time I was told that they had no record of my appointment. They in fact went as far as telling me that I had no-showed my previous appointment. It was only after I gave them the reason why we had to reschedule and showed them the appointment card that they admitted the female employee had seemingly not entered the information from my previous and current appointment in the computer. They asked me to wait so that they could fit me in as soon as possible. I indicated that I had to pick up my son from school at 4:15 and thus I couldn't stay if I was not admitted within a couple of hours but they assured me I would be done long before that. After waiting until 3:00 and still with no sign of me being called in I requested my prescription back. I gave a physical description of the woman who had scheduled me for that day and showed them the card, asking whose handwriting it was, but no one seemed able or willing to identify her. As a result I have now lost 2 half-days from work (not to mention I had to wait an extra 2+ hours before it being confirmed that I would not be seen that day) due to the incompetence of their schedulers when making appointments and I still haven't even had my MRI done. Perhaps they should raise the requirements for hiring schedulers beyond (barely) speaking English in order to ensure that appointments are honored. After about 2 weeks, all correspondence to them regarding this is still going unanswered with not so much even a call back for an apology or rationalization of their incompetent schedulers.
